I visited this Subway location recently and was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a male and a female employee engaging in inappropriate public displays of affection in the middle of the store, completely disregarding the customers. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
To make matters worse, when I placed my order, the least experienced employee had difficulty processing it and had to seek help from the same female employee who was too preoccupied making out with her colleague to assist properly. She simply shouted instructions from across the store and continued her personal activities instead of providing proper customer service.
The lack of professionalism and customer care was evident throughout my visit. I had intended to dine in but the atmosphere was so unappealing that I opted to eat outside instead. To top it off, when I opened my sandwich, it looked horrendous and was clearly made carelessly.
I strongly recommend that the management of this Subway location take immediate action to address the behavior of their staff and ensure that customers are treated with respect and receive the quality service they deserve. I hope my feedback serves as a wake-up call for...

However, this store (at least via the online order form) did accept the Buy-1-Get-1-Free offer I used. I placed the order online to pickup about 30 minutes later. As soon as I got my e-mail confirmation, I went about my business. I showed up on my way to my daughter's softball tournament about 40 minutes later (I was running late), only to have the store tell me they cancelled my order. They didn't tell me why (I have to assume it was because they weren't honoring the coupon), and I was already so late I couldn't waste time discussing the matter. Read moreThe (I believe manager? He was a guy wearing a red shirt) harassed me and kept asking me if I stole sandwiches. I was 3/4 the way through eating my one and only sandwich. I said no and told him I had ordered the sandwich in-person and he continued to harass me. He even grabbed my subway bag to look at it. Thankfully one of the server ladies (who is so sweet and has a great attitude!) told him no and to leave me alone. This whole interaction made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. To add to it, he kept raising his voice at his employees MULTIPLE times (like, this went on for 20 or so min) saying the same thing: “You didn’t check the name!
