The older white woman was very rude to everyone who came in, and luckily the young black girl saved my food because the older woman wasn't listening to me as I was talking. The older woman didn't even look at me or anyone else who was ordering and was having so many other conversations that I had no idea who she was talking to. She gave me attitude for not knowing she was talking to me even though she wasn't looking up from the work table. I get it, theres a large order to fill, and I've been stressed at work too, but a stressful day gives no one the right to be rude to customers. Night shift was much much nicer and even held a nice conversation during the order. One employee was changing a ceiling tile in the middle of where the food was being prepared. I got my insanely overpriced sandwhich(the subway where I live is about 3.00 cheaper for a sandwich) opened it to eat it and the bread was stale and hard. This was on an untoasted sandwich! We got some coffee and a hot dog, however loves ran out of ketchup packet which is understandable in times like these. My husband approached the girl at the subway counter and ask for a ketchup packet. Her response was bluntly NO. I would think that America would come together in times like these.
