Super Pollo Charcoal Broiled — Restaurant in Virginia

I recently dined at this establishment and was left quite disappointed, primarily due to their water policy. In most restaurants, it’s customary to be offered a complimentary cup of water while dining. However, at this restaurant, not only were we not provided with water, but we were also informed that we would have to purchase it.

This feels completely unreasonable, especially considering that water is a basic necessity, and customers expect at least a minimal level of hospitality when paying for a meal. The fact that we had to buy water or go without it was frustrating and left a negative impression on what could have been a pleasant dining experience.

While the food may have been fine, this seemingly minor detail significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the service. Such policies reflect poorly on the establishment’s commitment to customer care and, in my opinion, detract from the overall value of dining here.

Due to this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant, especially to those who appreciate basic customer service and reasonable...

So, I go in for a half chicken and two sides. Have to wait fifteen minutes for the chicken to cook. Never mind, I'll take a chickensteak sub. My total was 10.59. My cashier took my card to swipe and entered a different amount. (I always pay attention to my money). So, when I asked for my receipt, he looked dumbfounded. He charged me 18.59. So, I called him on it, he tried to say he made a mistake. Yeah right. He and his spanish speaking buddies got a good laugh out of it as I waited for my food. I understood every word. I may be African American but I was raised in San Diego. Needless to say, my chicken was mixed with steak on my sub, not what I ordered....

Same person who took and did our order messed up both times. I will avoid him next time; I will ask for someone different to help if he is the person who takes our order, since every other experience has been great. In addition to a wrong order, the last time we went in at 930 pm and they were already taking food away, even though they can prepare orders quickly and there was no reason to start taking food away.
