Inside was closed so we had to go through drive. We ordered some $35 of food, stopped after receiving to check that it was there. We were missing two spicy potato soft tacos (they gave us more normal soft tacos instead) and all burrito items were either mislabeled or not labeled at all. We went back through drive to let them know and get the correct food. Manager claimed all food was there (no it wasn’t) but started remaking items and getting it all back together for us. Just that would have only brought my review to 4 stars BUT: when they handed us back the food, they completely forgot to add one persons order back into the bag. We had to go BACK through drive and wait behind several cars because inside was closed.
If someone’s order was messed up, shouldn’t you take a bit extra care to make sure it’s not messed up again? It almost felt like they did it to spite us because the manager seemed upset claiming everything was there (when it wasn’t and was completely mislabeled or not labeled at all so for folks with dietary restrictions, it is IMPORTANT not to mess that up). We chose Taco Bell because we were limited on time when we should have instead picked eating at the ‘El Mariachi’ restaurant nearby because it would have been full service in less time than...
Read moreI eat at this Taco Bell a few times a month. I go shopping at Walmart every Sunday and on some of those trips I'll stop by this Taco Bell location. I've had almost nothing but good experiences with this location. I'll describe my only not good experience as briefly as I can. One Sunday I was ordering for two people (myself and my brother) and it was easier for me to place two orders. This particular visit they must have been short staffed because one order took about 18 minutes to come out. And I waited another 10+ minutes for the second order and realizing people who had arrived after me were getting their orders I inquired after my food and we found out that my second order had been overlooked and forgotten. Then when it finally came out it was missing an item. I looked at my receipt and noticed that the cashier did not hear me say "2 chicken quesadillas" so I had to place a 3rd order and wait for the final item to be prepared. That was my only unpleasant trip to this Taco Bell but it was a rather annoying experience. I would say Ive been to this Taco Bell somewhere close to 100 times since they've opened this location, so one bad experience out of a hundred makes this a pretty good place to stop and get some...
Read moreIs there a reason that all of the lights are off at this establishment at 10:30 on a Wednesday? Is there a reason that this location is closed an hour and a half before their advertised hours on google? This place tends to keep wacky hours. They will often be closed for really no reason at all at all times. Their drive-through will randomly be closed off with orange cones for no real reason. The lobby has been randomly closed for no real reason with the drive-through being the only option. I really think the employees at this location just turn off their drive thru menu lights at times in an effort to divert customers and make people think they’re closed. I think they must think people are too dumb to recognize this? This is a corporate company so I’m not sure who is making odd hours at this restaurant given that they rarely align with the hours that are posted on Google. Whoever the management is at this location clearly does a poor job and keeps an inefficient work place. Someone over head should really take a look at what kind of stuff is going on at...
