I am very concerned about the policies set at this location and the ways it violates protected laws against disabled individuals. Please note that if you place an order ahead, by placing your order via the app to essentially save time, and you use their convenient drive thru, you will be told you have to go inside. They refuse to honor orders placed via the app at the drive thru which to me is alarming. Considering that some of us purposely drive to this location for the drive thru option, it’s unbelievable that even disabled, you’re turned away and told to pick up your paid order inside. I reached out to management only to be ignored. I tried to be the voice of those who may also be in my position so management can at least recognize areas of improvement and have a better understanding of the laws. I will no longer support...

I used to go to this location regularly when they first opened. But lately the service is disappointing. The previous weekend my wife and I went to this location ordered our smoothies and waited for them to be prepared. We waited and waited while the ladies who took our order decided to have a conversation with a young man who was not a customer. Finally my wife made eye contact with a young worker from the back of the store who realized that we were still waiting. He made our smoothies and apologized repeatedly. At no point did the young ladies stop their conversation to apologize to us or even thank the employee for helping them. Tried again today and my wife’s order was incorrect. I placed a group to go order Sunday morning for evening pick up for an event. When I got there the order was not filled. They said they never received it. As disappointing as this was, when I asked them to just go ahead and fill it (aprx 20 smoothies), they looked at me like I was crazy. They called their manager who explained the order wasn't received which I again replied, that's fine but can we just prepare it now. Once again crickets. Not once did they try to make the situation right. They didn't offer to start the order and just get it made, they didn't offer a discount if we came back another day, they didn't offer to do anything to right the wrong. I was shocked.
