I went there tonight after we saw an ad that someone posted about Oussama chwaya so my wife asked me to go there with kids. The service was terrible. We ordered a 🍵 when we first ordered sardines, soussage and kafta. We never get our tea. When the food was served ,we were asked if we want something to drink and I reminded the server that we already asked for a tea . The girl who works inside came and we asked her for tea that she never brought. When I went inside to pay she was eating and staring at me . we finished our food and we never got our tea. So frustrating and unprofessional. Also I was asked to pay cash only and never got my tea. We sometimes want to support small buisiness but the service was not what will make us come...
