Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

I put in a order for this Wawa at like 9:15 we go to leave our house on guinea road to see that there is an fatal accident that had occurred forcing emergency personnel’s to completely shut down the road for what they said would be a minimum of 4 hours. Me being the good person I try to be immediately call Wawa and ask them if they could cancel my order that wasn’t even scheduled to be picked up until 9:30. I tell the lady on the phone about this terrible accident. She literally shows no sympathy for the loss of life while we are on the phone and proceeded to say you can’t just cut down low ground I said no. She said what about tide mill no ma’am the accident is further down the road there is literally a poor person with a sheet laid over there body. I think it’s a crime scene. She originally got on the phone with me and told someone not to make my order I guess that person didn’t relay the message and after being on the phone for ten minutes of course my order is now ready so she proceeds to tell me that the food has already been made and that will just cost them to lose to much money to remake my order tomorrow. MY ORDER WAS $23 DOLLARS YALL. she didn't care at all about the person who lost there life just the fact that Wawa a MULTIMILLION DOLLAR COMPANY CANT EAT THAT MUCH MONEY. her exact words were your order is just gonna be to much for us to eat you’ll have to call the 1-800 number. Okay ma’am thanks for really showing some compassion I won’t be visiting that...

It's a WAWA.. Gas pumps work, the air machine for your tires work, and you can clean your windows. No issues

Once inside, the bathrooms were just ok. It's a gas station, can't ask for the world. Plus, people are sometimes indecent, I can't blame WAWA for people's gross actions.

The sandwich I ordered was pretty dam good! Plenty of meat, veggies were fresh, and the sauce had a tasty kick to it.

They even have self checkout registers to help keep the lines down.

Don't get the pizza! First, I ordered a cheese pizza. The staff was not very attentive behind the pizza area, and they never looked at the customers as we stood waiting for assistance. Waited way too long for my pizza (about 15 min).When I finally flagged down someone to help, the pizza was put in another area for pickup, but there was nothing indicating where to go to pick up online orders. Once I opened the box of pizza, I saw it was burned over the top/cheese, and the crust was burned on the bottom. I took it back and waited another 10 minutes to pick it up. They definitely had attitude and didn't want to help anyone. Once I took a bite of the cheese pizza, I realized that this was by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten! It smelled and tasted like a dirty oven with a huge mouthful of what tasted like old grease. I will never buy...
