This place is BS! Me and my husband met up with my family for dinner, 6 adults. We didn't realize that all the plates were $20 and above. We didn't really want that much so we agreed to split a plate. A $24 chicken parmesan. Just letting you know if you want to share there is an additional $6 charge, but when they ring it up it's $6.18. Not that it matters but get your sign right. So that was $30 for one plate. Food came out, there was water all over the side of my spaghetti. Like it looked like someone had scooped the paste out of the pit with a big spoon and let the water come on the plate as well. I asked for napkins so I could dry it up on my plate. The chicken was burnt and there was a thin slice of cheese on top. And I mean it looked like a thin pale version of a Kraft single. The sauce had absolutely no form of seasoning in it. It was pure strait from the jar sauce. The garlic knots were good. And my BIL demanded that I say that the portion of his risotto was nowhere next to even with the price.
Now the pissed me off part. We get our checks and mine is $40. HUH!?! That was a $24 plate. Well, they added their own tip to each check. An additional $6.18. So they added their own $12 additional cost to my plate! It didn't taste like anything and I ended up paying $40 for a partial portion, wet, tastes like nothing dinner and water. They got a couple hundred out of my family.
For a fact I will NOT be back. It was so dark in there we had to pull out our phones and use the flashlights to read the menus. The reason for 2 stars is two of the people at our table enjoyed, one being the birthday boy. So I didn't ask for the manager to come over.
*Also want to add, I had to run to the bathroom the moment we got home. I guess that’s what water spaghetti...
Read moreMy husband and I LOVE Italian food. We tried Fiorelo’s for a second time as we weren’t really impressed the first time we went right after they opened. It’s hard to believe but we will never go back. Drinks from the bar took forever to arrive. My husband who likes martinis said he didn’t know it was possible but they had made the worst martini ever. He didn’t even finish it and ordered a beer. I had a simple pasta dish and my husband ordered a pizza. Nothing we had was memorable. We also both had salads. Mine was the house that came with the meal and his was the Caesar salad which in all honesty was the best thing we ate. When we got our bill it seemed like a lot for the quality of the food. When the waitress finally came with our check my husband gave her his card to pay. She took over fifteen minutes to bring us back our card and receipt to sign. When he looked at to add tip he saw she had added $20 to the bill. When we questioned the amount she said she didn’t know how to use the computer and told us we didn’t need to leave her a tip. The owner saw there was a problem and came over. The waitress explained she had problems with the computer and he became irate. As the whole restaurant started looking at us my husband was saying it’s not a big deal. The owner continued to make a seen so my husband quickly signed the check we didn’t include a tip and we left. Worst drinks, dinner, experience ever....

With SO MANY Brilliant dishes to choose from, you're bound to find something fresh and flavorful to add to your pallet's cravings. And, the service was simply Outstanding, as well! Be SURE to ask for Lauren as your server. She was just wonderful. She handled my family's party of 10 seamlessly! She provided the Perfect food recommendations from appetizers to entrées, talking us through the specials and asking us what we typically enjoy to help remedy our indecisiveness on what to order (trust me, when you see their Tasty Selections you, too, will be just as indecisive!). She was very cheerful and attentive throughout our entire visit. Our glasses never went empty, she Always had a Smile on her face, and she Engaged with us throughout. Even with the most perfect dishes, the service can make or break a restaurant. Hands down, along with the tasty food, Lauren helped to make this place memorable. It is now one of our TOP choices!
