Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

UPDATE: 8.6.22 Just found out they discontinued all the gravy options from the breakfast menu. Ill never shop here again. I come here every day. For the last 3 weeks every time I come they have not had what I came for. Today I was told they 24 hours before I can order at biscuit because someone for got to put them out to thaw. Three days ago I was told we don't have any biscuits and gravy ready and it was early morning. Every single time I order a specialty drink it taste different depending on who makes it no one follows proper procedures. I watched a woman put caramel in the milk and then froth it that Burns and scorches the caramel. I find that the store is extremely mismanaged. UPDATE 12/10/2020 I went in to get biscuits and gravy and while watching all the girls behind the food bar laugh and joke about what they are going to do after work instead of paying attention to the orders coming across and what foods they are running out of. They called my number to tell me that they were not paying attention and gave all the sausage gravy away to the 3 orders before me instead of noticing their error and proportioning so everyone could get some. Worst Wawa I’ve ever been to. Worked at Wawa for almost 2 years and I’ve never had the experiences I’ve had here. Did two car to go orders both times items were forgotten. The 1st time it was never brought to my car and I had to go inside to pick up. After the 2nd messed up order in a row, I decide to go in and the lines are always ridiculous, staff is always rude and matter of fact or they just sloppily put your food together. The last time I ordered breakfast on my way from work and they just didn’t put meat in it or tell me that it wasn’t available until I walked back into the store. I promise If I didn’t work all the way in bowling green and this is the only WaWa for miles on the way, I wouldn’t dare come here but unfortunately it’s this or the crappier 7/11 down the street. If I could put zero stars I would, There’s been numerous of times where I’ve received poorly made items from this particular location. Today takes the cake, I purchased a breakfast burrito and as i’m eating it, I noticed a black spec which at first I thought could’ve been pepper. Upon closely looking it was a bug, I will NEVER spend any more money at this location again. After returning to this location to raise awareness of my situation, the manager on duty said “I’ve never seen that before” and asked if I wanted my burrito remade. A bug in my food and the first thing you’re gonna ask me is if I want it remade. Absolutely ridiculous, so if you go to this location please be aware of what’s in your food! There was no proper investigation of the other resources used, she gave me my money back and went on with her day! 0/10...
