Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

I live just up the road from this Wendy's, have for a little over 2 years now. Every so often, I see the sign (usually late at night) and I am tempted to taste of their well.

This is almost always a mistake. The service has consistently been below average, in that on average they have messed up my order more than they have gotten it right. If I order a burger with no cheese I'd say there is a 66% chance I'm getting it with cheese on there, or something else has been messed up about my order. If the order was right, then I have to actually eat the food. And oh boy, is that always a mistake. It may just be me, but this Wendy's always seems to make my stomache uneasy after eating it. I would be curious to know if they use different ingredients from the Wendy's in new jersey, as i have not often had issues with their food, (maybe im just growing older, in a few years I'll be 30 and I hate to think how their food will impact me then.)

Food was so cold lastnight! And I have never gotten cold food from thos location but I also have t been in years as well. Giving out cold food is crazy! Who wants to pay for cold food? When it's basically a substitute when your rushing to feed yourself or your kids after a long day. They don't care enough to throw away old food and make it fresh clearly. I did call back lastnight because I didn't get a receipt which should always be given to people paying with cards especially! And she did say she'd remake the food and put my name down but we don't eat at Wendy's alot! I cook so it could be months from now that I may go back and get the food. But it's sure laziness to not fix someone fresh food I had tw biggie bags everything was cold like it had been sitting for hours! I'd rather have my money back and never go back again, I still have all the food is paid for and could not stomach a French fry! Coldest food ive ever gotten! Typically I would take plenty of pictures to add to my review, but I couldn't be bothered this time. On the way back from Durham NC and wanted a quick snack so figured Small Frosty and a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. Simple stuff. No line so right to the menu board and put in my order after waiting for the drive thru emp. for a minute. Paid at window one and straight to two. Handed the goods and on my way pretty quickly.

Popped the top of the frosty within a minute of leaving and it's half melted. Disappointing but not the end of the world. Drink it down and keep up the drive. Unwrap the Jr Bacon and this is easily the worst looking burger I've ever seen. If not for how poorly it was put together, the slime on the top bun was enough for me to nope out immediately.
