Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Visalia

April 26, 2025. At 9.55pm I walk in to get some ice cream and asked the employees if it's ok since i understand they were getting ready to close . So they said only ice cream in cups can be sold. And that's what i came there for. Anyway , ended up with the skinny girl giving me sooooo much bad attitude and showing disrespect by being rude and kept asking me questions as if to express her anger that i showed up so late even though i asked if it was ok initially... At checkout , i look at those two cups that she prepped for me....and guess what she managed to mix them up so it looked as if they melt and ugly presented. I ended up paying just to cater to my kids wants that late , otherwise i wouldn't pay. Rude employees...very bad for business , you lost a customer + potential future customers. All because employees are RUDE and have ZERO...

I come in here every week, and the door has been broken on one side for a LONG time. I went in to get some ice cream and the girl that is there most Wednesday nights was once again VERY rude and short. She told me about a bunch of ice creams I couldn’t get because they were too frozen. My wife saw a worker scooping up the frozen ice cream for someone else, and told me that he was digging up the ice cream. I asked her and she said, “Have him do it then.” Adam, (Which I would give 5 Stars Plus), came over and said he would scoop the scoops for me, and did. The female worker clearly does not like your job and Baskin-Robbins definitely needs to do...

We went to get a scoop of ice cream tonight only to be greatly disappointed! The girl behind the counter had a horrible attitude and when we went to order our ice cream she informed us we couldn’t get any flavors in two of the cases because they were too hard to scoop! Then when we looked at the other flavors to pick something different half of the flavors were melted! We asked why and she said because it’s the leftover ice cream from the old tubs. Why on earth they do that?!? We all know that it will never harden again. Worst experience ever and would be more than happy to drive across town to the...
