-1 star to whoever is responsible for the training and staffing and scheduling in this place. Get it together people. -1 star for lack of communication amongst the staff and changes taking place on a daily basis which leads to neglect when it comes to keeping the clients clean and checked on according to the law which is every 2 hours I believe. -1 star to staff that take on this type of work without considering what the job requires 1 star weekend Staff 2 stars giving some credit to the very few CNA's that try to do their jobs considering the lack of training n leadership given to them. 2 stars Weekday Staff 2 1/2 stars to the staff that have heart for this place n their job yet still need some direction. 3 stars Medication management team. Thank goodness they are keeping this part on point. 3 stars go to the - dietary Staff for doing all they can with what they have available to them. 3 stars to the misc staff that does the cleaning n laundry and odd jobs to keep the place looking better then what is really going on in this place. *Highly advice and recommend that If you have a family or friend in this place LOOK in on them regularly like about 3+ days a week and especially on weekends and different time frames. If your not able to be part of their time in this place then help them get placement...

I would give this facility a ZERO but I have to add one star to be able to post. During Covid there were no beds available in the town I live in so my dad was sent here. He was only here for a week when we had him transferred to another facility in our town thank God a bed came available. During that week he was very neglected..he never once got a bath and he never got physical therapy. The person in charge was on leave so they had someone else in charge she was terrible and very rude!!! We decided dad needed a better facility but they did not want to release him only after we threatened them that we would call the state they transferred him with only a T-shirt and a sheet , where is the decency??!!! The kicker was when we found out the proper paperwork to admit him was NEVER filed that is why they didn’t want to transfer him and without that paperwork the facility would not get paid! Who is running this place??!!!!! This place is a hot mess very unorganised!!!!! My advice to anyone that is reading this DO NOT COME HERE!!!! PLEASE PLEASE BE AN ADVOCATE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE they are sick and majority of the time not able to realise what is going on around them!!! Do...

Very unsatisfied and disappointed. My sister whos unable to walk because of a tragic accident was sent to this facility to learn to walk again. She was discriminated by a social worker named Andrea and I’m very upset about it. She missed 2 appointments for her leg already because this keeps happening she won’t put in transportation for her so now I have to call off work because AGAIN she didn’t put it in and thank goodness we asked a nurse about it the night before the appointment because now I have to take her myself. All the way in Fresno!!! This is their job!!!!!!! What are we paying you for if you can’t even do your job right, thinking about moving her to a different facility because of this mistreatment!!! I feel as if my sister is being neglected in there, she cannot walk.
