Starbucks — Restaurant in Visalia

I thought the Starbucks in Lindsay was the worst location, but this one is competing for the title. A couple of wonderful employees sprinkling in, but the majority are not only visibly unhappy, but also blatantly disrespectful at times. Other partners would be embarrassed to see the way this location’s baristas act towards customers. Along with the customer service issues, there also seems to be a problem with cleanliness. The drinks made only at this location have very odd flavors, as though the deep cleaning is being neglected. I purchase from Starbucks 2-3 times per day most week days and even though this location is the closest to home, I would rather drive with gas at $6/gal to a different place because it’s so unpleasant, inconsistent, and generally inaccurate. I would like to add that I have gone to this location definitely more than 20 times because I thought it would be redeemed by a different crew or manager. Unfortunately this seems like a management issue at the top because it’s just always bad. Maybe I shouldn’t have said inconsistent because I’m certainly consistently disappointed after I spend money here. Do better guys. If I could give zero stars for...

This is by far THE BEST STARBUCKS I've been to! The staff are amazing! They are ALWAYS nice, they ALWAYS get my order correct, and are ALWAYS helpful when adding money to my app, using my app, and never get annoyed with my silly questions. Im sad to learn they are closing early at 230pm at this time and truly look forward to them going back to regular business hours. A big THANK YOU to the staff at this new location for always making my nights better before work. Sometimes your friendly attitude is all it takes to change someone's day.❤ Not everyone should work in customer service but at your location.....you ALL have mastered it! Again, great job to ALL of you, and Starbucks needs to use your location as an example as to how ALL of their employees should be!GREAT...

Worst starbucks experience in my life at this location 2 people working and closed the dine in and said due to shortage of employee And no sign at door that dine in close even though no one is in the drive thru I am truck driver went there just for coffe requested and one person said wait i will come and take the order no one come and just staring at me Then i went to drive thru window and requested a coffee said take a car and order drive thru I said i have semi truck i can take truck in drive thru and barista said then i can not take your order even she is totally free She is too rude no sense no customer service...
