STUDY AREA REVIEW:
My classmates and I reserved their study room on a Sunday, and there was nothing study friendly about their study room.
We wanted to utilize their smart tv they had so we can mirror our devices on it but we couldn't because there is no remote to control / accept Bluetooth streaming. We asked for the remote and they have known it's been lost forever. We downloaded the "universal remote app" like they told us to but that did not work either.
Something I enjoy about Starbucks is while studying, there is easy access to charging devices. This table had plug-ins but wasn't connected to an outlet - therefore the table outlets didn't even work and the table was too heavy to even move to even connect it.
The room looked dirty and they even had a corner dedicated as storage for their product touching the floor.
Their study room is also quite stuffy.
THE THING IS Visalia truly needs a study area for weekends! I love this idea this Starbucks location has BUT it needs to be worked on.
PLEASE add a BIG white board! It's a great option - us students appreciate this.
PLEASE find the remote to the smart tv - it's a great thing to have!
PLEASE connect your table so us students can charge our devices through studying

Read moreThis is my favorite Starbucks that I’ve ever been to and I have been a customer since 2006! The things that make this particular Starbucks the best are definitely the employees and the quality of service that I receive every time I visit. I am always greeted with a smile, and they remember who I am and what I like. I am not great with names. There are so many employees there that have treated me with the utmost kindness and respect, I wish that I remembered everyone’s name and could acknowledge each one.
This Starbucks gets busy. That is one thing that makes it difficult as a customer. The employees do a great job of juggling, even when it appears to be incredibly difficult. I do have some issues with the layout of the parking lot, and with the fact that a lot of the customers are inconsiderate. This is not the fault of the store, but it does make doing business there frustrating sometimes. The customers block the foot traffic area in the drive-through and I have seen them almost hit pedestrians. There’s just not a lot of respect when driving in a super tight parking lot. Read moreI placed a mobile order at 1:50pm. Said order was ready at 1:54. I ordered strawberry refresher no strawberries extra ice. I get there see them working on order so waited. I noticed they added strawberries which I thought to myself oh well don’t complain. Then the guy tosses it out. So I think oh he caught mistake. But then starts making other drinks as I’m sitting there waiting and watching. 2:20 I say are you working on Brittany’s yet… I show time I ordered and he’s All yes I tossed it bc It melted. As if I wasn’t there seeing it all unfold! Already irritated I look at cup to see if time sticker is on it to show him how long ago this order was.No sticker. I asked where was time to show when I ordered. He puts tablet on counter and says here you go😤 Moral of this I will never order or go to this location again!
