Burger King — Restaurant in Von Ormy

I gave them a good review at 1 point, now i cant say the same. Management at this place is a joke. The guy at the drive thru "Christian" responded back with "well why didnt you say that " then we speak with the manager about it and his respond was to tell us that "Christian" had been at wk since 6am which it was like 8pm. Thats not our fault and dont take it out on the customer. So he handed us the bag and it wripped half way down almost dropping everything. So checking the order we didn't get the spicy nuggets.So here we go again. Go threw the drive thru again. So we tell them we didn't get the spicy nuggets. So Anthony "the manager" asked to see the receipt and he's looking at it and tries to say their isn't any spicy nuggets on it. Then he says OH YEAH I SEE IT made faces cuz we wanted the money back for them, i guess he didnt know how to give us a refund for them.then he ask to see our bag. Then another manager "Ryan" in just a teeshirt and jeans is at the register, so we are waiting to get our food back and money for the spicy nuggets we never got. This Manager Ryan gives us all our money back. Were like NOOOOOOOO! WE JUST WANTED THE MONEY BACK FOR THE SPICY NUGGETS WE DIDNT GET. OMG so we spent over an hour almost and they didnt give us our food, all from their mistake. Plus when we first drove up they were all outside smoking. Who knows what they were all smoking cuz they couldnt get an order right, or know how to give us $1.69 back . SMH bunch of fools working here. Worse burger king ever. The owner needs to clean house big time. Believe me Corporate will be getting a phone call. Oh almost forgot when Ryan the manager gave us all our money back. When we said NO we just wanted the money back for the spicy nuggets we never got he said IT DOESN'T MATTER , yes it does matter... idiot's idiot's...

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Lady tried to hand out our six drinks without a cup holder so of course we ask for one. After asking she rolls her eyes and slams the drive thru window.. After coming back with our cup holder we ask to speak to a manager.. The girl then says "Yeah, cause I don't get paid enough for this!" And slams the window again. After explaining to the manger how rude this lady was we're told to pull up and wait for our order. After waiting God knows how long the same rude lady brings out our order and as she hands us our order she says to us "Y'all are funny. And don't bother calling the store because I made sure everything was right!" And walks right back into the store. If I could rate this a 0 that's what it would be. This restaurant needs a whole new management and staff!! Or to be shut down because this is one of thee worst fast food restaurants I have...

The order did not come out as I requested it to which was no sauce, include all veggies & toast bun on both sides. Easy. When I received my food mayo had bun scraped off & was all over my veggies. When I went back in to have it corrected they first tried to deny it was made with sauce but you could clearly smell the mayo before opening. Then they stuck it in the microwave & warmed the meat up, put new veggies & fresh bun still untasted. I believe they pre cook the patties, have them sitting for a period of time & then microwave smh That’s not the worst part the smell inside the building was horrible & no one was bothering to sweep a very dirty floor. I can’t see how the two people that were in there were able to eat. No one was in the drive thru so it wasn’t busy. My first meal of the day. Just a mess. I do not recommend & will not be going back myself. Should have followed my first mind & went to...
