Subway — Restaurant in Von Ormy

As a nightshift first responder I like places being open after hours. Before I walked in the sign said open however, when I walked in the lady was leaning against the counter whipping thing down. She looked at me and said that's gonna be a 20 minute wait because she has to whipe the counter down. I asked if there was any possible way to make a sandwich, that im a first responder and don't have 20 minutes. With an attitude she told me no, no possible way. If that was the case she should have turned the open sign off. I wasted my few minutes I had when it could of been avoided by her pushing a button. Or she could of stopped whipping the counter and made me a sandwich I was happy to pay for. Idk if Ill stop here anymore. Was so happy for subway since I hadn't eaten all day, but left empty handed maybe I'll have time for...

The staff here is a interesting mix of backgrounds. Age, backgrounds, experience....is a mix of years to months. What will this mean to your wait in line for a sub?
