Ya Rona Craft Pizza and Cocktails — Restaurant in Vonore

I went in to ya Rona’s for the first time about 3 weeks ago, and I had a very unpleasant experience.. I was by myself so I sat at the bar, and had a few beers and some wings! My wing order was wrong, my beer was empty more than it was full and there was only myself and 2 tables occupied. When I addressed the bartender for another beer it was like I was an inconvenience for asking which is very shocking considering she claimed she was the manager. Around 7 Saturday evening 6/3 (against my better judgement) a group of friends and I went to have dinner and to my surprise it was amazing. They were packed with a wait, they had 1 server and 1 bartender both of which spoke right away expressed how sorry they were for the wait and explain the wait time. When it was our turn to be seated Leah approached quickly was super friendly, again expressed they were swamped and wait times were a little longer than normal. It was a lengthy wait but the great service and cold beer made up for it! The bartender Gerry dropped off our drinks and was fabulous as well! This experience was 1000% better even with them being packed with a wait. In the future I will be back, but I will be requesting my servers, and if they aren’t available I will leave!

You all have a great opportunity your food was fabulous, music on point, beer is cold, and service was fantastic (last night that is)

Kudos to the owners for...

Semi regular customers but won't return. Drove an hour to dine, arrived at 5pm on a Friday night to find door locked. Looked for sign stating the problem, just a-frames advertising their beers and such on the sidewalk. Seeing lights on and waiting for someone to maybe explain a customer came to the door stating they were closing because 'they'wanted to go trick or treating for Halloween, "I'm just a customer and we are getting thrown out". Better yet, went next door to a professionally run establishment and ate, upon leaving we checked to see if you had the decency to put a sign on the door for your customers.....not a chance. What cowards and sorry owners/managers you are for not having enough decency or respect towards you customers to put up signage or come to the door and explain. Will never return and plan on contacting the Chamber of Commerce to make sure they don't mistakenly consider you a community asset. Being a small business person I participate in "support local and small business", but you are a taker and don't deserve to...

Just a preface, this rating is not a reflection on their pizza, which is very good. When our group arrived, we were immediately seated. We ordered our pizza and waited… and waited. The waitress came over and said there were a lot of to-go orders and our order would be started soon. We continued to wait. We arrived at 6pm and finally received our pizza a little after 7:30p. We were not given any indication when we arrived it would be so long to receive our order, so we did not order an appetizer. This would’ve been helpful information to have had. A higher level of service would’ve been a complimentary appetizer for such a long wait. This was my fifth time visiting Yarona and the longest I had to wait, so it may not be common. The take away would be to ask how long it would be to receive your order and to allocate 2 hours on a Friday or...
