Food is usually delicious and coffee is delish however over the last year this place has declined. The staff is all young ladies who unfortunately have no work ethic or sense of urgency whatsoever and dress like they just woke up. Inappropriate; One has been there for a couple years now and her service is poor, pictured. The ladies who work there regularly do not attend to those waiting to order and will instead all cook and the same time. No process and no coordination. This has left me waiting to pay for a call ahead order more than I can count leaving me late to work as they take so long. Also, don’t except a juicy bagel. You get one slice of cheese and one slice of meat. Disappointed by this place lately.. their coffee bar is also usually empty or almost empty leaving the coffee burnt. Please improve for the sake of Voorhees bagel lovers..

We've been visiting this location for many years. We love to go on a weekend for a fresh breakfast sandwich or delicious, warm bagels and fresh cream cheese. The bagels are always tasty and the breakfast sandwiches are loaded, they definitely don't skimp. We were lucky to get there before the Sunday rush and was able to get our food quickly and a table to sit at. Immediately after, a the line was to the door and remained that way for at least 20 mins while we ate. It was extremely warm because the seating area was in direct sunlight and the kitchen was working non stop. An employee did prop the front door open which helped immensely. We will definitely be returning soon to enjoy more breakfast items and bagels.

Bagels are always soft, big and cream cheeses have all been good. It's always busy whenever we go, specially on the weekends so be prepared to wait in line to order! There is a small area to sit and dine if you want. Never tried anything other than the bagels, so can't say much for everything else they offer. They have coffee (nothing fancy) and muffins. My only complaint about the bagels is that it's slightly sweet. No matter what flavor bagel you get, you have that same sweetness in whether you're eating a chocolate chip bagel or an onion bagel, it's odd. I suppose that they make one big batch of dough and just mix in whatever makes the bagel that flavor, but they all have the same base flavor.

This place gets so much business and has so much potential but the growth has been stagnant.

To be blunt: severe lack of topping options, the coffee has been on the burner since 6am, and bagel to meat/bacon ratio is like 70% bacon. No online ordering or phone system set up. The staff is so wonderful, but they’re sooo overworked. Adding online ordering or a phone system would help this place tremendously. Also, the place is always crowded and uncomfortable. They have seats but they scream ā€œdo not sit in meā€. Online ordering and a phone process would help with this.

All of this and oddly enough I do appreciate it to a degree, but only because it reminds me of a bodega in Philly. My issue is this ain’t a bodega in Philly and in bodegas they ain’t charging me 10 bucks for a 6 dollar sandwich 🄸

But alas, it’s not terrible. But it used to be way better. Like 100000000000000 times better. It’s just other bagel places have caught up and surpassed this place mostly due to the lack of ability in innovation and evolving with the times. Should be the best bagel place in the state, but it’s not.

Just astonishing that the place hasn’t done anything besides put a new sign above the door over the past, idk 15 flipping years.

3 stars- 1 for the individual bagels (not sandwiches they are utter trash) and the other 2 stars go to the staff. Y’all are the only reason I come there! Love and...

I'm sorry but, This place was filthy! My gosh, they have the coffee pots sitting out in the open under vents in the dropped ceiling that are just covered in dirt and dust, the tables and floors were sticky and the sandwiches are honestly.... a shame. They charge Voorhees prices, for a bfast sandwich that A wawa sizzely puts to shame. They need management who actually cares about the place. Please clean the place up. I could not enjoy what I ordered just sitting there looking around. As someone who has thier food certs, and is a Exec. PastryChef, of 15+ yrs, I don't even want to imagine what the BOH looks like if the FOH looks like that. I did take pics with the intent of posting but I think you get the picture. Staff should have side-work in down time, that maintains a cleanliness environment, not standing at the counter on thier phone. I really hate to put a small business on the spot but, this is unacceptable.

I will say that the PB bagel was tasty but all the bagels we ordered were...

Ordered ahead, was told food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Showed in 15 minutes. There was a line out the door and I asked the back 3 people if they were in line to order or pick up and they were waiting to order. Walked to the other side of the store where people that had ordered were waiting for their food to be ready and approached a cash register attendant that was unoccupied and gave her my name and that I ordered over the phone. I was told that the food was ready, she pointed to it. But told me I would need to wait in a 20 minute line, behind people that were waiting to order. What was the purpose of calling ahead and being given a time that the food would be ready for pick up, only to wait for people that hadn’t even ordered yet food to be cooked. Food ready, money ready, employee at cash register not busy with customers. Why would I wait 20 minutes to pay for food I was told would be ready at...
