We were at Lark Toys celebrating a birthday party and the birthday boy wanted to bowl. We typed in bowling into Google Maps and here we are. Overall it was a great experience. The lanes were were in great shape and meticulously being cared for while there. The pizza and cheese bread were good, front counter service meh, electronic soring is always a plus,, and we left with smiles after having a good time.

Great time bowling at Riverboat Lanes, friendly staff and great service. We enjoyed several items off the menu, delivered to us while we bowled. Great time, would come back again!

The bar tender at 1st seemed like we had inconvenienced her by sitting at a table (your facial expressions and body language speak large volumes) our pizza was great and drinks were slow and obviously inconvenienced the bartenders social life. Apparently table service closes at a certain time even when you’re the only customers in the place. We tried to get the bartender’s attention when he passed the table to ask if the lady left as we made it a point to cash out our tab and tip her. before even knowing what we were going to say he just looked at us and said table service is closed and kept walking… I am a bar tender and my boss would fire me on the spot for treating a customer in that manner and even more so when they are the only customers in the bar. In fact even if table service is closed I’m expected to take care of the only customers in my bar at their table not inconvenience them to fit my liking. If our bar is full and I’m busy I kindly let them know they are welcome to stay as long as they’d like but may need to come up to the bar to order. I strongly recommend hiring people who want to be there and who want to serve the customers with a enthusiasm...

Went to grab dinner and take the kids bowling last night, but finally left after waiting for 40 minutes to even be acknowledged. We first waited at the bowling counter where we were seen by staff, but never even told they’d be with us. We then decided we will go to the restaurant area to just eat instead and sat in a booth; not once were we even acknowledged that we were sitting there. The table next to us had their food finally come out and the servers had to bring back 3 plates because they were wrong orders; at that point we would have taken and paid for any of those wrong meals, but we had still not been given waters or even been acknowledged at that point. I have seriously never seen worse service in my entire life and we will never return or recommend that place. Ended up going down the street to the VFW and got...

In the past I order the broasted chicken. It’s very good. So yesterday I ordered to go a 16 piece of chicken. I asked if I could get 1/2 spicy and 1/2 regular. They told me they couldn’t do that. So I asked them if I ordered a 8 piece regular and a 8 piece spicy if they could. She said yes they could do that. ???? What the heck! Last summer ordered a pizza but 1/2 only cheese. They wouldn’t do that. It had to be the whole pizza. The food is good but the customer service is terrible. It’s customers that keep a business running. I use to tell visitors when they asked for a good place to eat and told them the bowling alley. I can no...
