So glad that we finally tried this place. the ice cream is so delicious at affordable prices. Heard about this place from one of the small businesses in Waco that they collaborate with and so glad that we visited. From the moment you come in, the place is so clean, smells fresh and smell really good because of all the yummy ice cream inside. Love the vibe, the cleanliness, and the vibrant pink color on the walls creates such a relaxing atmosphere. There is a lot of ice cream + popsicle selections, as well as a variety of other snacks. Great customer service and friendly staff. Store and entrance are wheelchair accessible. However, parking situation is a problem. They have one handicap parking spot but parking is extremely limited (I'm talking 3 parking spots). The shop is located in a corner but you can easily pass thinking that you're turning to find a parking spot (parking lot is an issue). Overall, great...

I went with my family, I let the young lady working the counter know that the fruit was no good. She didn’t even apologize and was just like I cut the fruit today. She just looked at me and asked if I wanted anything else. I asked for a milk shake, and she gave it to me. Once her coworker arrived she I could obviously tell she was talking to her about me, my dad had a biónico and once he got to the cantaloupe he was like this doesn’t taste good it tastes rotten. My dad isn’t one to complain but he was not happy. He told the girl the girl the cantaloupe was no good. Once again all she said was I cut the fruit today. She never once apologized or asked if we wanted our money back. My dad threw his biónico away because he was disgusted by it. We went almost 32 dollars. Extremely poor experience. Walked in and given a very cold greeting. Went to look at what flavors they had and was asked rudely " what do you want...". Took my daughter to the bathroom and one of the employees told another employee to come out and help because " there were too many white people". Seriously? If this was in the summer and my skin would have been significantly darker, they would have been speaking Spanish to me and my experience would have been completely different.
