This is a long review and I apologize. I was there Friday, May 30, 2019 at about 10:15. There was one other group of two women waiting on an order. First you need to know that there is no inside seating. Its basically a building where they bake and a trailer. It is getting ready to pour rain. I place my order and it starts to sprinkle and my daughter is cold, bc there is a fan on the patio. So I apologetically ask the clerk, while she is still processing my order, to take it to go. And she looks at me like that's the biggest request ever, but agrees. So I sit and wait and it is now raining. Not a big deal. Then she calls from the window and says my coffee is ready. I add some sugar and take a sip....and the coffee is cold. I did not order an iced coffee. I ordered the large 16oz hot coffee. They offer two different sizes.
So I stand under this covered part of the trailer because now its pouring, windy and raining sideways. Finally my three cinnamon rolls and three biscuits are ready. And I tell the lady that the coffee is cold. Ice cold. She doesn't explain how she managed to serve cold coffee and tells me they are completely out of coffee at 10:30 on a Friday morning. When the trailer should be open till 5pm. I stand there staring at her waiting for her to offer to make it right...refund the $3 for the cold drip coffee, offer something else for the mistake, but she doesn't. So I take a few steps to walk away, but return to the window and give her the coffee and told her she can just have it back because its complete trash. I should have requested my money back at this point. My mistake. The bakery door was open and I went in and let them know they served cold coffee and were also out of coffee. As other reviewers have stated the customer service is not good. I feel bad because so many people seem to love this place. It doesn't matter how good your food is if you have a bad experience, it makes you not want to go back. I also gave the girl a 15% tip, that comes up on the screen when they are running your credit card, which is annoying. I mean I don't tip the cashier at Chick-Fil-A for ringing up my order, and they don't ask me to.
I say skip Baked Bliss. Hit Shipley's for hot kolaches and...
Read moreI just left this place... I was Soo excited to purchase some cupcakes... I'm Soo disappointed right now ... The customer service was Soo unhelpful I was trying to inquire about the flavors the website does not list the flavors the attendant also looked on the website and she couldn't even find any information about the flavors or even if this company offered cupcakes in general ... I asked questions about specialty days thinking maybe I just came on the wrong day nope they supposedly bake everyday she only had four cupcakes left and they looked dried out and day old .. I truly wanted to like this place I had a friend buy from here before but also said he ran into a similar issues with an unusual shortage of products and lack thereof information...but we did enjoy the concept of the cupcakes... I hope this is not the norm for this company it seems to have a lot of potential...but the lady seemed to not be informed nor professional about how to problem solve. she seemed very lost and untrained... When I first arrived she was not even in the truck area she came from the building which had on head phones around her neck unprepared to serve .. so maybe I just caught them at a leisure moment in the middle of...
Read moreYou're going to pay an arm and a leg!!! I have been doing business purchasing from baked Bliss for quite a few years now. We usually get a craving for more baked goods starting in the fall. I went to take a look at what seasonal items they might have listed online. When I saw the new prices or the prices that have went up since the last visit I was astonished! We understand that the cost of living goes up. It always has and it always will for every single person not just businesses. I expected a light increase but feel like the prices have been raised about 30% or more. A lot of people can't afford those prices. Or might not be willing to break the bank for something sweet or on the run breakfast scone. It makes no sense on the pocket. It was just really disappointing to see. I feel like there's a difference between having to increase your prices because of regular inflation (we all go through) and looking a bit greedy. I'm not sure what reasons I played into this decision but unfortunately I'll have to find a new bakery to do business with until the prices become...
