This has happened multiple times over the past few weeks. It’s frustrating, especially when I’m stopping in early (around 6:30 AM) for something as simple as a hot coffee or cold brew. Additionally, I’ve encountered issues with missing or incorrect items like sugar packets (which I was told weren’t available) and non-Dunkin’ creamers, which added to the disappointment. On top of that, my hot coffee was filled to the brim, leaving no room for cream or sugar without spilling over, making it difficult to enjoy my drink. One more concern I’d like to raise—are we even getting actual Dunkin’ coffee at this location? The taste of my drinks lately just hasn’t seemed to match the quality I’ve come to expect from Dunkin’. It could also be the non-Dunkin’ creamer that’s been used, but honestly, I’m not sure what’s causing the difference. I’m not placing blame on the staff—they’ve always been kind and professional—but it’s clear that they are being set up to fail due to lack of inventory and supplies. I sincerely hope management can address these issues and ensure the employees have the resources they need to provide the best possible service. This location used to be my go-to, but it’s become a bit of a letdown in recent months. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope to see improvements in the near future.

Oh, Dunkin’, you had one job, and somehow you turned my iced matcha latte into a tragic dairy disaster! I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk—simple, trendy, and very clearly requested. What I got was a cup of sadness with regular milk, which, let’s be honest, is the beverage equivalent of showing up to a costume party in sweatpants. I took one sip and knew my lactose-intolerant soul was about to stage a full-on rebellion.

The lady at counter looked at me like I was the one who forgot how to read the order. Meanwhile, my matcha was out here tasting like a melted shamrock shake from the wrong franchise. Dunkin’, if I wanted a dairy surprise, I’d order a mystery milkshake! Next time, let’s stick to the script—oat milk isn’t a suggestion, it’s a lifestyle. 🙄 DO NOT...

Came in right before 6...like 5:50/55 ish... Only 1 person working, they were NOT swamped with people, just casual few people thru the drive thru. Stood at register for a good 5 mins without being acknowledged... So stepped aside and said hello to make sure employee saw me. She did and said nothing. Then waited again for another 5, and she just kept taking drive thru orders and ignoring me completely. Gave it a good 15 mins total, still nothing. And i finally just left. Completely unprofessional. Rude. This is not customer service at ALL. Even a simple hello, be right with you would of been something. I've worked in customer service for 13 years, this was not acceptable. I would of given a zero if i had the option. Will not be back to this...
