I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ location for years, and I’ve held back from leaving any feedback until now. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me disappointed. I want to make it clear that my issue isn’t with the employees—they’ve always been friendly and professional—but with the ongoing inventory issues that seem to be affecting service.
On several occasions, I’ve tried to order simple items like hash browns or even just cream and sugar, only to be told they’re unavailable, despite being informed at the drive-thru that they were in stock. For example, during my most recent visit, I ordered hash browns, was told they were available at the drive-thru, but upon reaching the window, I was told they were out. This has happened multiple times over the past few weeks. It’s frustrating, especially when I’m stopping in early (around 6:30 AM) for something as simple as a hot coffee or cold brew.
Additionally, I’ve encountered issues with missing or incorrect items like sugar packets (which I was told weren’t available) and non-Dunkin’ creamers, which added to the disappointment. On top of that, my hot coffee was filled to the brim, leaving no room for cream or sugar without spilling over, making it difficult to enjoy my drink.
One more concern I’d like to raise—are we even getting actual Dunkin’ coffee at this location? The taste of my drinks lately just hasn’t seemed to match the quality I’ve come to expect from Dunkin’. It could also be the non-Dunkin’ creamer that’s been used, but honestly, I’m not sure what’s causing the difference.
I’m not placing blame on the staff—they’ve always been kind and professional—but it’s clear that they are being set up to fail due to lack of inventory and supplies. I sincerely hope management can address these issues and ensure the employees have the resources they need to provide the best possible service. This location used to be my go-to, but it’s become a bit of a letdown in recent months.

Stood at register for a good 5 mins without being acknowledged... So stepped aside and said hello to make sure employee saw me. She did and said nothing. Then waited again for another 5, and she just kept taking drive thru orders and ignoring me completely. Gave it a good 15 mins total, still nothing. And i finally just left.
