The Coliseum — Restaurant in Walcott

We had a wedding here on 8/30/2014. We were extremely pleased with everything from the décor, food, and great service. The Coliseum is undergoing some renovating which definitely has made this a place to have a party! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but looks are deceiving. Love the hearts for horses event. Very misleading on food options. I didn't think you could ruin pork, but the caterer sure did, it was cold and greasy. It had been cooked forever by 6pm....what? Then charged upwards of $8 for unhealthy options. The bar tenders we're rude especially to anyone who wasn't drinking alcohol, what happened to designated driver drinks. Went here for a wedding and I wasn't disappointed. I was told Its priced well to rent the place out for the night, nice bar with a decent selection, you do have to tell them how to make certain drinks but I would assume that's because bartending isn't a fulltime gig for the guys, overall a good atmosphere though, I recommend this place for weddings...
