When we first walked in the stainless steele donut cases were open, the staff were loudly complaining about "their boss making the schedule, stating he must have been smoking something good," other staff were stating to shut down the drive thru because they only had 4 staff working, the staff made no eye contact, were using profanity behind the counter, never said thank you or any common courtesy remarks. Service was very slow and would have been no problem if two staff had not been loudly complaing the whole time. One staff was knocking cups and lids onto the floor being careless and another staff member was going behind her throwing knocked over items in the trash. The staff who gave us our cooked food order basically tossed it without ever looking at us! She then turned around and loudly said a profanity to which us and several other customers in line raised there eye brows at. Our cooked bagel was burnt but we did not bring it back as we felt the service we would have received would have been worse then it was originally. One staff in particular spoke very ridely to pick up and drive thru customers. I would like to say this was an isolated incident at this location but it is not. I have gone to this Waldoboro DD about half a dozen times and received similar poor service. Staff needs retraining and management needs a thorough review...
Read moreThis place is a joke the whole point of putting in a mobile order is so it will be ready when you get there to pick up, now if I lived 2 minutes down the road I could see it not being ready the second I walk in, but I put the order in 15 minutes before I get there and most times still have to sit in build waiting for another 10-30 minutes while the person at the counter serves 3-6 other walk in customers before even glancing my way. Now im pretty sure im not wrong here but correct me if i am, doesnt the mobile order take priority over the walk ins, was that not the point of the app. I've been coming to this same dunkin for 7 years and I've never been as disgusted with this place and its service as I have been the last year or so... I'm starting to wonder if I even want to go to dunkin anymore. This is a great way to burn your name to the ground and lose business. I can't count how many people I've seen say "screw this" lose their money and leave because they had to wait 40 plus minutes for someone to take 2 minutes to make their coffee. What a horrible...

It rings up as $3.45 so I say " it's $2 between 2&6 pm" he says "the computer Is ringing it up as $3.45 (which I would pay for of it was not being advertised as $2.)I said well you can keep it. Then I said "I think you should remove the sign because it's false advertising" he says "maybe you should read the fine print "in a snyde voice .. I laughed and said are u serious?? He says YEP!
