Disappointed, this crew is rude, act like your an inconvenience to them when you come inside to order yet when you try to order online from this particular Subway they never seem to get your order even though they charge your debit card immediately and then they act like it's your fault they don't know how to refresh their system to retrieve the orders from online. Then when you actually get to eat the food you paid for twice now(once online for an order im not getting and the one i now ordered in the store and actually got)same order mind you, chahed twice at this point and get out sandwiches and get out to the car to eat and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich my son ordered was covered in what was said to be ranch but was orange like their southwest mayo sauce and the chicken was nasty all gristle and fatty and he wouldn't eat it when it is usually his favorite one. Then my husband's was a Italian BMT which how can you get that wrong right. Well you would think. But they ended making him a spicy Italian or something like that it only had pepperoni or salami on it for meat and pepperjack cheese when he asked for American to begin with and dry untoasted and they called it good. Well then my sandwich was an easy meatball sub with cheese supposed to be American and got shredded but a leas it was hot and had the meatballs on it and thank God for that. So yup very disappointed is what I was, especially when my order for three footling sandwiches that were nasty and not one made correct cost me almost $50. We have give them two shots and this just crossed a line that I can't handle. Mind you the one star is only there so I could leave this review. I wish that I would've taken pics of the food but weren't thinking of taking pictures a this point. Never again I will go to firehouse subs from now on even though I have to travel a half hour longer for them that's how bad this experience has been for me...
Read moreI frequent this place regularly during the sports seasons. Tonight I went through the drive thru and was told that I was not allowed to place my order there. Okay, weird I thought because I do this all the time, but thought maybe there was a policy change. Then I went inside, placed the order, and proceeded to pay with gift cards that my daughters were given for Christmas. The first gift card went through. The second one didn't work. The cashier (the same one who told me I had to order inside to get the food and couldn't use the drive-thru) looked at me and asked me if I stole the gift card. I was pretty upset by this and explained they were christmas gifts for my daughters and that we were told each one had $15 on it. Nope, she persisted to tell me that they were not activated so unless I had a receipt, it must've not been paid for and continued to insinuate that it was stolen. Then I looked at the receipt from the first one and saw that there was another $20 left on the card that was only supposed to have $15 to begin with and figured that there must've been a mistake when they were originally purchased with activation. Read moreOnly order from this subway when the manager is there. She’s great. Anyone else, you’re at risk. This is the second time in the past couple of weeks I’ve had to get a refund (at this location) because it’s just too gross to eat and too much time has been wasted. I’ve tried to give this subway many chances, but many times I end up standing in the store waiting for my order, even though the app says my sandwiches were ready way before I showed up. Today, I waited half an hour in the store watching everyone get served before me, even though my order was half an hour late (mobile order). And when I asked for them to remake the other sandwiches that were sitting there getting soggy for over 30 minutes, they said no. Guess I’ll get subway another day 🤷♀️ and I understand you were busy, but please don’t make sour faces at customers or whisper things about them in front of them, especially when you are in customer service.
