Harshbarger's Sub 'N Malt — Restaurant in Walker Township

As A rule I am very layed back and easy going today however My feathers were ruffled. I am a paying customer just like anyone else They have six spots reserved for pick-ups only . Not one spot had anyone in it either NOT ONE !!!!! We were told we weren't allowed to park Where we were so we Left .I called the restaurant to voice my opinion I asked to talk to Management Ms Rhonda. G was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Whatever happened to the customer is always right ???? She wouldn't shut up She wouldnt even let me get a word in My husband was sitting here and he heard her too.... VERY RUDE !!!!! I finally told her to zip it She still kept going so I said Be Quiet I've heard Enough .The Pandemic is Over I told her She said when they come for pickup their in and out .When you come in to Eat You take up a table for at least an Hour. (Seriously then make your business all take out then. )Talk about making a person feel welcomed.Ive eaten there before always fast friendly service and the food is good but,I will never step foot in that place again as long as she's there . It's funny they want you to park either behind the fire company or over in the far parking lot apparently taking up other businesses spots is the thing...

Had just arrived to town after a 6 hour drive. Found this restaurant on yelp and saw that it had good reviews. The first red flag was the a la carte menu. I ordered a barbecue burger and a mushroom burger. I was then told I had to order fries separately. For my appetizer I had chosen the nachos. When I took my food home, I was so excited to finally eat. Upon opening the nachos I could not believe what I was looking at. It was extremely obvious that all the ingredients were cheap and canned. I used to work in kitchen for years and recognized it immediately. My hopes and dreams then turned to the burgers. The barbecue burger literally just had some sauce and 1 onion ring. The mushrooms on the other burger yet again were clearly from a can. All in all it only cost me the small price of $40 to not eat most of it. Recommendations would be to use fresher ingredients, adding fries to every burger meal and increasing the price, and putting more effort into the dishes....

Ordered the grilled chicken, they charged me 2 extra dollars to put gravelly on the fries even though I didn’t get graver on the chicken. This was the worse chicken I ever tasted in my life!! I’m sure it was not real chicken, I took one bite and couldn’t eat another. It was slimy and kind of melted in your mouth, it was horrible!! The waitress came around and asked how are food was so I told her how bad the chicken tasted. She asked me if I wanted something else but I really didn’t feel like paying for another dinner so I said no. When it came around for her to give me the check, she said her manager told her to take 2 of the 16.00 meal, seriously!! They should have done better than that, I will not go...
