Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Walker

I went there tonight at 6:40 and tried to get a bragel but they said that they turned their oven off at 6:30. I asked if this is normal and the girl said that it takes a long time for the oven to cool down. And that the manager has them turn it off early. I'm confused why they would advertise to have food when they're open if they don't actually have food available the whole time that they're open. it's very disappointing. Also a majority of the time I go there it takes way too long for them to make one drink and the line always takes forever. Immediately after walking through the door I was welcomed very warmly by an equally kind young woman. She graciously and willingly offered her personal drink suggestions when I made the request of her. She was also considerate enough to ask and to take into account my flavor preferences. My drink was prepared without hesitation and I did not have to wait but a couple moments to appreciate their offering. Through no fault of their own the space is very small.
