Subway — Restaurant in Walker

Went through the drive through and ordered my normal sandwich, when I got home I realized they had added shredded cheddar instead of mozzarella. Which isn’t a huge thing, but I don’t eat cheddar, so I called and they told me to come back and they would make me a new one. I said ok I’m on my way back. Mind you it’s 8:30pm at this point. They close at 9. As I was on my way back the guy called me again and said that he gave me what I asked for. I said no I asked for shredded mozzarella. And I told him I would be there in 5 minutes and he said we close in 5 minutes. And I told him sir I either want the sandwich I paid for or a refund and so I showed up and he tried to argue with me about what mozzarella cheese is. He said there’s mozzarella in the cheddar and I said sir I don’t want the cheddar I just want mozzarella. And he just slammed the window shut and the other lady brought my sandwich out. I use this location a lot because of the drive through, but I have never been treated so rudely for wanting the sandwich I ordered. I...

This restaurant used to be a professional, sanitary and welcoming environment. As of the past few months it has become an unsanitary mosh pit with unwelcoming music that makes it hard to even order your food. There has been several times that I have ordered a meatball sub and the food was unprepared or they would drop a meatball on the counter and put it back into the pot of meatballs and sauce. It is hard to communicate with the employees and they are constantly on their phones. This place really needs some oversight to fix the issues because I will not be eating there...

My husband and I love this Subway, it is always fresh and it is always good. There hasn't been a time that I haven't gone in there that they haven't gotten everything that I wanted correct on my order. The people are very friendly and talkative in there. It's always very clean and open. They usually remember what it is that we always get, they always make us feel welcome and never make us feel like we're bothering them. No matter how busy they are they always take the time to speak with us...
