Shake Shack — Restaurant in Wall Township

Just yikes. My husband and I were driving down the shore a little after rush hour and wanted to stop for a quick bite. All I can say is wow. Now I realize this is a rest stop on the GSP, but it's been a long time since I have seen such a disorganized mess. There were about 10 employees working. Well, I say working in that they were behind the counter and wearing Shake Shack shirts. There was one cashier taking orders. I couldn't believe how many times my husband had to say "one plain burger." I ordered cheese fries. Add a bottle of water and a soda. That was it. Four items. We stood there for close to 20 minutes. There were three or four people ahead of us. After we finally received our food, we went to sit down and there wasn't one clean table. I love shake shack but this is by far the WORST one I ever went to. I went to this shack for lunch around 2:00 on a Wednesday a couple weeks ago, ordered by 2:15 and I didn't receive my food until 2:42. Management was so rude and unprofessional, I asked them about the wait time as I waited for my lunch and got attacked by 3 people and the general manager. I had a voucher for my burger, tried to redeem it but the general manager came out guns blazing, yelling at me saying how she is not going to take it. The silver lining to how horrible this store was the cashier that took my order (Charles/CJ). I stopped on the Garden State Parkway rest area (Judy Blume) it was packed there was a long line for the bathrooms which I decided to pass on if I need to go I will stop at another rest area this one is kinda small compared to the rest of them. I decided to try something from Shake Shack and I was not impressed the plain cheeseburger was so salty that I didn't finish it I gave it to a dog outside of the building, the shake was almost $8.00 but I hadn't had a shake in some time so I thought I would treat myself it was supposed to be a black and white but it was so chocolaty that it gave me a stomach ache so really it was a waste of $15.00 + dollars for a lunch that I didn't finish or enjoy disappointed since they claim to use all natural products and such the only way I will be back is if I was traveling and it was the only...
