Hotty's Eats — Restaurant in Wallingford

This was a great find! Small food truck located just outside of Rutland. Quiet side road, plenty of parking, a few picnic tables with umbrellas for seating. We ordered their salad, burger, kids nuggets, and a side of onion rings. The food was fresh prepared and was all hot (except for the salad of course!) when it came out. Those onion rings were hand cut, fresh breaded and so good! The homemade honey mustard dipping sauce was 🤌🏻 The burger was a double patty of good quality beef, brioche bun, melty white cheddar, served with hand cut fries. The salad was generous with the goat’s cheese and blueberries and strawberries on baby greens with a light citrus dressing and I opted for grilled chicken to add on top. Food was served on reusable trays and a compostable bowl for the salad, an eco friendly plus. Oh, and ice cream is also served there too, but we didn’t have any more room to eat...

This food truck is my current delight. Super friendly owner, working hard out in the rain, food was hot, freshly made (not prepackaged, i.e. big, tasty, hand cut fries, homemade cheese sauce on the poutine) Pulled pork, best I've had in a while, super saucy.
