This was my favorite Bojangles until today. I was nearing the bottom of my unsweet tea and slurped up chunks of gelatinous mold.
I called and spoke to Hunter, who said he was a manager. When I told him about it he said he didnāt āknow what to sayā, to which I replied he could tell me he needs to get off the phone and clean his equipment immediately.
He assured me that the equipment gets cleaned nightly, which I would believe had I not ingested CHUNKS OF MOLD, that take weeks to build up and congeal to this amount.
Clean your ice dispenser, clean your taps, clean your spouts.
Jeopardizing peopleās health out of laziness is unacceptable.
Iām updating this to say I called the franchise owner, I emailed corporate, and I called the store itself. No one has reached out after several days.

I ordered a 4 piece tender meal with mash potatoes, a 2 piece home style tender meal with macaroni, and a vegetable plate with 2 mash potatoes & 2 macaroni. I literally had to tell the cashier at drive thru my order 5 times!!! Now understand this was after the initial order at the speaker. Her coworker āOliviaā began to get mouthy with me at the drive thru once I asked how many times I had to repeat my order. She was rude, combative & loud. I proceeded to ask for the manager in which she laughed. Eventually the manager came to the window where she expressed she could careless by her demeanor. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I promise you this bojangles will never get another dime of my hard earned money! I will contact corporate Friday since tomorrow is a holiday, but I advise anyone thinking of patronizing this establishment...

We stood there for 20 minutes while we watched one girl run the drive-thru, packing the meals and working very hard to take care of customers. When she asked for fries to be dropped the girl in the back with green hair yelled at her. Three guys were also back there doing nothing. The manager was back there, doing nothing. Later the girl working the front asked where the ham biscuit was? The girl with the green hair yelled at her again and continued to make the biscuit. By this time our order had been taken and part of our meals were placed on a tray on the counter. By the time the biscuit was done, the chicken and fries on the tray were cold.
