Red Rooster — Restaurant in Walnut Cove

No gloves on any of the workers and cooks. As they cooked didnt matter what they touched they would just reach and touch other things and put it on the grill and make salads. The one server didn't seem to want to be there. Just brought salad and silverware to me and just dropped it on the counter. There was some other lady that must thought she owned the place and was walking around the back of the counter helping herself to whatever and not washing hands or putting gloves on and then making drinks for other customers then would sit down and lol get up and do the same thing over n over again. Where has this place been my whole life? I live in Winston Salem and I will drive the short distance to indulge on any of there delectable menu items! My favorite however, the hotdogs! Not to mention every Tuesday they are just 1 dollar! Homemade coleslaw,chilli and toasted butter buns....they even toast the dog if that's possible! Man, hands down THE BEST HOTDOG AROUND!
