Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Walnut Grove

I have ordered from this location (Walnut Grove) three times. All three times they have gotten the order wrong, been rude about it, or were significantly late delivering it. Tonight, they did all three of the above. I ordered a pizza at 6:45pm and I was told it would be here in 45 minutes. At 8pm. I called to ask when the pizza would arrive. The lady said the guy who took my order and gave me the price forgot to get your phone number, so they never made the two pizzas. I then said make them and deliver them fast. I said I should not have to pay for them after you messed things up. She said I would have to pay for them. After going back and forth for a minute, she said no free and no discount. She then put me on hold. I was desperate to get food brought to the house. She gave the price. So, I bought them. The pizzas were just delivered. One was incorrect after I paid extra for the toppings (they were not on the pizza). The lady delivering the pizzas said the price was $5 more than what was quoted to me by two different employees. She said she has to collect the full amount. I said I am not paying that amount when I was quoted twice one number by two of your employees and it is different than what you are asking for right now. I was not rude but I was firm. I had the amount I was quoted in my hand when she arrived. Why would I do that if nobody quoted me the price? She said she has to call her manager, Tim. I said that is fine. I heard him raise his voice on the phone and said that lady isn't getting any discount. He said nobody here quoted her that amount and you need to collect the full amount. I then said to her I was quoted the price twice. I had the exact amount I was quoted in my hand. The manager, Tim, said in a very rude way, if you want to give her the lower price, take the $5 difference out of your paycheck. The girl was sweet about it and said okay.

I will not order from this location again and will encourage others to do the same. Tim, the manager, should honor his customers and employees in a respectful manner.

Dominos...nobody cares about the FREES advertising you are doing right if you cannot do the simple things. Don't offer the bonus stuff if you can't deliver the...

TLDR: They make pizzas that are bad and wrong, then will accuse you of being a liar when you call to question them on it. Don't order here.

They don't even deserve 1 star!

Last several orders, our pan pizza with extra sauce has been drier than a November turkey.

It's not even good fresh, much less cold or reheated.

So 2 arrive today. It's dough, cheese, toppings. NO SAUCE! Peel back the cheese & there's nothing but soft dough under the cheese.

This has happened 4-5 times, providing feedback in the app doesn't work apparently so today I called the store.

I asked why there have been so many issues with no sauce, he immediately gets defensive & says he knows there's sauce because he made them himself. He continues to argue with me over the phone & says he won't help me unless I bring them back.

So I brought them back.

He comes over to look at them then retreats to his dough corner without saying a word knowing he screwed them up.

I gave them their dough pie, she gave me a full refund, and I took my business elsewhere.

Customer service is weak these days but there's no way I'm paying THAT kinda money for THAT kinda pizza & still have to deal with the bad attitude of some lazy doughboy that can't handle basic tasks like putting...

If I could give zero that is what it would be. The so called manager Crystal should be fired. She hung up on me in the middle of talking and I am contacting corporate dominos regarding this. This is the second time our food has arrived freezing cold. She blamed the weather. We live 5 mins from there and there has been no weather since an hour before we placed our order. She said they have 3 drivers yet when we looked it said the driver was 15 mins away from somewhere that’s 5 mins away from their store. Crystal should be fired and honestly this whole store should be shut down u less they can get competent employees. A manager should NEVER hang up on a customer no matter what!!! And food should NEVER arrive cold. This dominos is filled with incompetent people who are rude and disrespectful! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT WARM FOOD!! Expect ice cold food...
