Pizzi Farm Market & Deli — Restaurant in Waltham

We live just down the street and pass by this place almost every day. We often notice a crowd and our first thought was, it's probably because of the Mac Arthur Elementary School right across it but then even on weekends, it gets busy so we thought we should stop by one of these days and see what we're missing out.

We stopped by for a late lunch on a weekday. I couldn't decide what to order and feeling the pressure to order as my turn came up so I asked the lady behind the counter what she can recommend. I just told her I prefer chicken. She suggested I have the chicken wrap and so I did. It was okay. Nothing great.

I was like, okaaaay, maybe it's the ice cream. So on to my favorite part, dessert---ice cream! I had the coconut and strawberry and again, nothing extraordinary. It was just like having a scoop of my favorite Friendly's flavors at home.

The only thing nice was their outside space. I like being able to sit outside and watch kids get excited as they order ice cream and enjoy their treat. It was good to have been able to check it out but I don't think I will be going back anytime...

Worse experience ever! Staff not friendly doesn’t listen. Actually does things that could cause someone with severe allergies or health issues to get sick with cross contamination. I was actually spoken to rudely after I was told I didn’t order properly but she was confused with my son’s order as well. It seemed like she just didn’t want to be working today or care about any customer service she shouldn’t be there. With my cone and the wrong order instead of getting a new cone she just scooped out wrong ice cream and then was going to rinse the cone with water. Just so gross! Instead of just grabbing a new cone. No gloves either. That means the cone paper would have been wet, sticky and wrong ice cream still would be in...

Horrible place,, today was the second time there. And it was a horrible experience, ordered 2 hot dogs on my first visit a month ago waited almost a hour,,, today on my second visit, I skipped the food, ordered a smoothie,,

They only had 1 young girl working on ice creams and it was busy lunch hour, I waited over 20 mins for a smoothie!!!

I had no choice but to stop here because this is where my boss stopped for lunch!!!! Incase your wondering why I came back a second time after Singh a long wait for hot dogs, the first time!!!
