B&F House of Pizza — Restaurant in Waltham

DONT ORDER HERE IF YOU DONT LIKE WET BREAD/WRAPS Myself and co workers have ordered here for a few years. My boss loves the Ranchero wrap. There have been some minor mistakes in the past but they have been extremely understanding and very nice. Today, I ordered my sub and it was wet, not only was it wet but it was made WRONG. I specifically ordered FRESH mushrooms and not from the can. WELL, guess what I got?? I will be forthcoming and say when they arrived the staff at our office were busy and he had to leave the first time. They did offer to make the order free of charge. HOWEVER, I will pay and HAD no problem paying and would have loved to pay if it meant I would get my lunch in the hour they quoted AND NOT 2 hours later and INCORRECT. The owner was NASTY just like the sub. He told me I was talking a little long for his patience. REALLY? I informed him that we provide a lot of business and we would NOT be ordering from them again. I hope my co workers join in. They told me that B&F has fallen off completely. He too had a WET steak tip sub. So.....to you the owner. GET SOME PATIENCE, it could be the reason why your subs/wraps are wet and constantly made incorrect. We are not from Waltham and B&F was the most convenient order. We know good sub shops and THIS IS NOT IT!!!!!! BE safe and get a pizza or something! You are the only place local but we will have to find another even if it means bringing bag lunches. This place is a gem!! Their food is absolutely to die for and delicious had the Buffalo calzone tonight it is one of the best just need a little for chicken!! The pizza was absolute fresh never seen a place give fresh jalapeños and you guys kicked it right on!! The garlic bread was cheesy and goey delicious kicked us right in the face!! Plus the salad with the house dressing was right on thanks guys we are definitely coming back and this is the best pizza in Waltham!! I came in today the sub that I ordered was horrible I come here a lot and the turkey sub was horrible didn’t make it right not any mayo. I had thier food today I bought a buffalo chicken sub. And honestly this is for the sub not thier entire menu. Which is why i gave it a 3. Cause i still plan on trying thier pizza and salads what they are well known for. At that point i will change my rate but it stays a 3 for now. But the sub was the normal lg for any place but i asked for not toasted. and i got it not toasted but i could also tell the bread wasnt fresh. And the condiments inside were bare minimum i couldnt taste the cheese and there was very little lettuce and there was a minimal amount of chicken. Needless to say the sub was a dissapointment.
