Question as a business owner how would you handle this?

Me personally ? as a person who have worked in the industry over 7 years, would always put the customer who supports the most and never really have a complaint but one time FIRST.

I felt like I wasted 58$ and the reason why is because the pizzas I received were not as expected, it felt like I was gonna break my teeth off on the crust, I asked for fried hard wings with extra wet sauce the wings were not done NOT because of the sauce ( because the sauce was BARELY on there) and then the ranches were mixed with watery like substances.. the salad grilled meat was meat that was sitting in fridge more than 2 days how do I know? Because the tips of the meat were dried out like unsealed meat would look if you sat in fridge ..

I’ve never had a complaint until Monday and thought hey let me just make this awareness to them.

They were closed yesterday so I called today and the “ manager” was like oh I’m busy can you call back.

Called back… “ oh she’s gone I’m the only one here”

Messaged them again..

Was left on read so now I feel like it’s a “ oh well I’m sorry you got what you got type of vibe”

Had a terrible experience. Will not return. The manager was unprofessional and they provided the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. My 77 year old mother who has lost her appetite and a ton of weight wanted a corn dog kids meal and this actually sounded good to her. We were told adults aren’t allowed to purchase kids meals. I get that, they want to make money. However, we offered to pay the price for an adult meal. The manager gave us some nonsense about Mr. Maguire not wanting adults to experience frozen food kids meal food instead of quality food. However, the adult food was subpar and what you’d expect from a tourist trap. The manager was condescending and unwilling to work with the customer. Everything here from the staff to the food to the drinks is incredible!

A laid-back and easy vibe BUT the food is all handmade which is obvious in an area where so much food is frozen and thrown into a pizza oven.

The wings were (incredibly) juicy and tender on the inside but crisp and crunchy on the outside, while still being super light and not feeling heavy and greasy.
