Subway food at this location is awful!!
I bought 2 sandwiches. I ate one for dinner, and it was somewhat edible... enough to get me some substance. The next day, I took out the second one from my fridge, and it smells like sour milk. I heated it up, and the bread is soggy and still stinks. I'm choking it down, hoping not to get food poisoning.
I have NEVER had a problem reheating subway in the past, but this sandwich did not turn out like past ones. I swear, the food from this location is undercooked, or something is seriously wrong with their breads and ingredients.
And NEVER has anyone put bacon on a sandwich i ordered BEFORE without cooking it in the microwave first. But this location, they put what looked like raw bacon on my sandwich and zapped it in the toaster. Thankfully, I didn't get sick from it.
Also Subway, NOT EVERYONE LIKES THEIR SANDWICHES TOASTED!! What ever happened to asking the customer IF they want their sandwich toasted? I particularly don't ask for toasted sandwiches for a personal reason!.
Lesson learned, I won't ever return to this Subway again for their food. It's just...
Read moreWhen I walked into the Loves I noticed a guy pulled out the trash cans in the Subway entrance to change the trash bags. I walked passed him and walked up to Subway counter and he walked over and grabbed a paper sheet laid it on the counter and said what can I get for you. I said nothing you was just messing with the trash cans and he said it’s a new bag that I touched. He was real argumentative and trash talking me. I asked a lady for the manager and she went and got her. While I was speaking to her he was interrupting me and being very rude and loud, he said I should have asked him to put on new gloves. She told him no next time wash your hands before serving someone. That’s no way to treat customers and a customer should not have to tell someone to please wash your hands before touching their food, that’s their job! He was very upset!I went to the chicken counter, guys was Great! Subway this place needs some help with PR and...
Read moreSubways are usually pretty awesome, but this one was very disappointing. Alivia and Yaqueline were the sandwich artists. My husband and I both ordered a sandwich. I ordered an Italian BMT, and she put 3 slices of pepperoni and 7 slices of salami on it. While they were making our sandwiches, the manager came out and told them they made my husband’s sandwich on the wrong side of the bread. The girls didn’t do anything to fix it. Then, we both wanted our sandwiches toasted, and they toasted them together rather than separately. Yaqueline and Alivia were way more focused on talking to each other than making our sandwiches. They took forever to make them, and did not put in any effort for the customer experience. I usually enjoy Subway, but this was a very...
