Driving “17” hours to move to a different state, because I’m a dad fighting cancer, my kids bullied in school and a school district that is unfit to teach h children…
On the drive back, my 6 yr old son had to use the bathroom, so I thought it would be nice to feed the family and ordered a cheese pizza for the kids and a meat pizza for the adults…
At 5pm The guy behind the counter wearing glasses took our order and stated name for the order “Dustin” we’ll call ya when it’s ready…
An hour goes by now 6pm an hour later staff continues to look at us, doesn’t ask why we are still there when everyone leaves and keeps talking laughing behind the counter!
My wife goes up and asks where the “2” pizzas are… the guy with the glasses was in the back… this other guy said what did ya order? Oh I have the meat pizza (which the crust was burnt to hell and how does this happen when it goes on a short conveyer belt)? The kids cheese pizza dough was under cooked?
Why did we receive poor service? I’m struggling with cancer, kids struggling in society and we’re being judged for getting “2” pizzas?
This place has a lack of empathy for people they do not know!? Did you want a $100 tip? We are broke and driving back on fumes!?
This business seems to be ran by boys in high school maybe college who act through defensive aggressive narcissistic behavior and poor judgement!
If the owner catches wind of this review here’s how you fix it and self correct: -fire the boys that worked at 5pm on 10/3/25 -tell them their not meant to work in the food industry with poor behavior -to take my name “Dustin” but hand us a box named “Hannah” is ridiculous!
But to treat a cancer patient and his family tonight was uncalled for and these boy talking trash behind the counter and had us wait now over an hour is inexcusable and this attitude fits there job description as garbage men where making trash can be a perfection their good at!
No I don’t want a call, refund or a reply fix your business and take charge of this...

My order showed as “ready for pickup” on the Lightspeed site about 30–40 minutes after placing it. But when I arrived at the restaurant, they hadn’t even checked their system for incoming orders. I was met with a casual apology and told they would start making it now—it would take 15 more minutes. To their credit, the order was ready when I returned.
What made this experience frustrating were two main issues: The Lightspeed site showed the order was confirmed by the restaurant, which raises serious concerns—either the app was giving false status updates, or the restaurant confirmed it and simply didn’t start preparing it. The way the staff handled the delay was disappointing. The apology felt dismissive, with no real sense of accountability.
Even more frustrating considering I was staying right at the resort. I expected better coordination...

We arrived 20 minutes later, paid for our reasonably priced pizza and picked a table to sit at and enjoy dinner It was DELICIOUS!!! Handmade thin, crisp baked crust. Flavorful homemade red pizza sauce. Lean sausage, crisp chopped green peppers and red onions. Olives on just my half! Generous slices of mushrooms. Very happy with the taste and quality.
