We used to go to this marcos until the other week. The problem we had was that the person cutting our food had touched their face, ate food and then didn't wash their hands before grabbing the food from the oven. The same person had their ass hanging out of their pants and the person up front smoked a cigarette in front of the store walked in, once again didn't wash their hands. My issue is lack of hygiene. Coming from some one who has worked pizza for over 2 years it's absolutely disgusting to know the people handling my food are unsanitary. We spoke to the manager in the store he apologized, but was not very friendly in the process. I am totally aware of how stressful and busy a pizza place can be, but you cannot not wash your hands. But instead of an all meat pizza with vegetables on half, I received a cheese and pepperoni pizza with half vegetables. I called and was given the choice of redelivery in about an hour or a credit. It was already after 8 so I opted for the credit. Today I called to order and use my credit. I gave my order stressing no mushrooms. I repeated the order almost as many times as I had to repeat my phone number which was 3. And guess what it was still wrong. But today, I was greeted by Zay, and his customer service stood out in a way that’s really rare these days. Zay welcomed me with a genuine smile and great attitude right off the bat. He didn’t just take my order, he went above and beyond. He offered a better deal than what I originally planned on ordering, and made the entire interaction feel personal and appreciated.
