Arby's — Restaurant in Warren

Terrible service.Hours are toll ten.I drove in n the doors wete propped open with the deadbolt holding them open I go in n right off I am told they ate closed which They always close early.So I am told To go back out n go through the drive thru.I said no.I am a senior citizen n have a n you should migraine wIt on me.Girls are discussing this n one takes my order n one says to do g her up on the drive thru m they get my order n on the way out the so called manager escoryedme pit.I said Sorry but the doors were opened n she says just lrave.I said an employee left the doors opened n use the deadbolt to prop them open n she says just leave n we said n we were closed.I said whoever left the door open you should be looking for him or her. And she said she said Im not talking to you about it n just go.Your hours ate written.on the door n they close early So they can mop the floor n get out early.The drive thru is open.Last time they messed up my order.2 mashed potatoes n no coleslaw.A simple 3 piece dinner.Then I had a coupon n she gives me two sandwiches I did not know what the were but I would never eat them or order them.had to drive back for my right order.My gas.A coupon for w reg.Arbys n she gives me 4 n chgs.me 10$.which should have been 8$.They always give you the right order n not chg. WOW? Went through the drive thru, really wanted an Arby's sandwich. I ordered and pulled around and I could see the window and the gentleman handing the out, his mask was down around his chin and his dreadlocks were swinging around as he moved. My brother told me that he had bad experience there but I wanted Arby's! After an unreasonable wait we got my sandwiches and my brother pulled ahead, I checked for the condiments that I asked for and low and behold nothing so I walked back to the window and asked again for condiments. Dreadlocks came out of the door and literally handed me 18 packs of Arby's sauce, so many that I couldn't hold them all and some fell to the ground which he didn't pick up. Always takes FOREVER in drive thru. I went today and got 2 kids meals and sat in line with 2 cars for 20+ minutes. There was an employee standing outside, "painting." I air quote this because there was nothing on the paint brush, but he would stand there for 5 minutes, then act like he was painting for 1 minute, rinse and repeat. When I FINALLY got to the window, the man inside the store was on his phone. So, that's obviously what's been taking so long. Then, without washing his hands after touching his phone (which IS a servsafe violation) he handed me my childrens food. Man had an entire attitude the entire time.
