KFC — Restaurant in Warren

The KFC at 855 west market street is terrible me and my man went their 6-4-23 we ordered a meal from the drive thru we had a coupon for a 10 piece chicken meal it started off okay until my man told jenn how he wanted his chicken half crispy and half original I guess she got confused and caught a attitude so we proceed to pay and she said the coupon was expired he didn't know so he paid the original price he asked her a question she cut him off saying $18.99 so then he asked her if she had everything in there she looked like a deer in headlights very rude he said never mind I will check it myself she didn't say have a nice day she just closed the window I contacted corporate I have yet to hear from them they don't seem to care they don't value their customers I don't like workers like jenn who are rude she don't need to work with the public with that attitude she needs a attitude adjustment if she don't have the patience with certain customers she needs to quit she's going to come across the wrong customer I only deal with that KFC cuss it's right around the corner from me but no one has to tolerate that kind of behavior I'm not going to argue with these rude workers that's why I call corporate but I see they don't care they condone that type of behavior they need bodies at these jobs don't do background checks don't reprimand them with the rudeness just horrible customer service is not like how...

I’ve never seen nothing like this on chicken. Stay clear.

I am late to write this review I’ve had these pictures of this moldy chicken they gave me since August 10, 2025 at 9:26. But I’m clearing my cámara roll and really want to get this over with. I wouldn’t eat here if I were you. It’s not giving me an option to share the pictures but I’m hanging on to them and after Labor Day I will be reporting this so the experts can find out what’s wrong or IF there is anything wrong.

After seeing these weird circular white raised bumps all over my chicken I’ve lost my taste for the food at this specific location. I will never come here again. It was all over my chicken you just can’t really tell in the picture but look close. I’ve done some research and it says it could be chicken proteins or something completely natural (I’m saying this to give the benefit of the doubt). However, to me personally, it does not look like something I’ve ever seen on a healthy piece of chicken before. It looks like mold spores if you ask me. Like the chicken was left out too long and they just dunked it in despite food regulations. That is exactly what it looks like and I couldn’t bring myself to eat anything in the box and was left hungry. First would like to say the service wuz excellent. However, we are a family with not very much money and try to eat out once a month. I would have to say I would rather eat chicken out of a tv dinner than your chicken. You may think it's good but I honestly don't feel that you will be open long. You closed at one time and it's just as bad as it wuz before. I would like a reimbursement for the poor food I received today and will be contacting the main office to get my money back and to let them know how awful the food is at this restaurant. I would think since you're known for your chicken it should be the best in town.
