Chicken Shack Warren Ryan Rd. — Restaurant in Warren

Ordered delivery of two LARGE Shack Potatoes orders. One order with light butter (because they are heavy handed on the butter) and one order with NO butter. I called to ask for a small cup of butter on the side for the order of potatoes with NO butter. The woman that took my call assured me that she would put the small cup of butter in the bag.

I finally receive my order (late) and what do I find?!? Two orders of Shack Potatoes in a 7½"x7½" container BOTH with NO butter whatsoever and NO container of butter on the side.

If you cannot listen & comprehend simple orders and/or requests you need to find a repetitive job where you work alone and do the same dumb thing all day. MAYBE you won't screw that up. I have been ordering from this Chicken Shack location on Ryan & 11 mile (I-696) for years and it is generally scattered and disorganized.

Lastly, the Large sides have shrunken dramatically, yet the prices are CONTINUALLY being raised. I know damn well this 7½"x7½" container (which isn't even the size of a dinner container) is not a Large container, yet the chick that I'm talking to is telling me that is the Large container size. Well, if this is the large size with your rising prices and gouging, I'm done with Chicken Shack. You won't get my business any longer and you won't be in business much...

I am very disappointed with my recent visit to a local Chicken Shack, located at ( Chicken Shack 4040 East 11 Mile Road Warren, MI 48091 ) I have been a customer for years, but today I went there for dinner, first thing I noticed was that no one had a name tag, then me and my girl placed an order for our dinners, assuming that we get a drink with it, ( Total value of our dinner was almost $22 ) however when the food was served up I asked for our drinks, and was informed that "Drinks do not come with meals after 4pm" this upset me, due o the fact that when my order was taken I wasn't asked if I wanted something to drink, and there was no signs or postings that stated drinks didn't come with meals after 4pm, to top it all off I asked the employee who took my order his name and he refused to give it to me, I asked to see the manager and was told he was to busy to deal with customers, so even tho I am just one customer I will no longer consider it as a place to eat and will tell my friends and family to avoid it as well!! To bad we can't do 5...

Some unpleasant staff and cold food.

When I order on the phone the lady I talked to was rude and rushed me to order after having me on hold for 5 minutes. I was thinking maybe they're just busy, or low on staff. After 15-20 minutes I arrive, there's one car in front of me, and none behind me. I tell them what the name is under in the speaker, pull up, and they were confused to what my order name was (I thought to myself no big deal) so I politely reminded her. I receive my food and tell her have a nice day with no response from her just a dirty look like I did something wrong. I make it home to realize they forgot the large potatos, the potatos I did get that came with my 10 piece chicken meal were floating in butter, and the food was cold...

The only positive thing I could think of is if my chicken was hot it would have been good...
