Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

This is an update this place has changed in the last 4 months I have no idea all the new workers that work there are so unprofessional there's one guy that's really that he wears a cap on his head with dreads I recommend stay away from that guy he will mess up your order he'll try to blame you saying it's your fault don't start an argument with you yeah I've been coming up here for almost a whole entire year yeah I definitely won't be coming up here no more I need to fire that guy bro and I will be contacting corporate can I have the whole thing on record he's trying to say oh the last three times I've given him nothing but a hard time bro know the last three times he's giving me nothing but ultimate and then the delivery driver hops and it has nothing to do with him he had to be between me and that other guy did delivery drivers started hopping in that's literally nothing to do with them then he goes o what and then he has the courtesy to say oh I started blaming me cuz I ordered something online because they messed it up the online and then he's saying oh I was blaming them when I was when I said that your computer is the one that messed it up and then he was arguing with me I'm a paying customer how was he's not supposed to be arguing with the customer he still kept going on and he goes oh I didn't have to make your pizza I said dude you're the one that offered he told me the first two times know and then the third time I said that's when he said he wants then he wanted to rub it in my face people's face you're the one that offered don't rub it in people's face bro and say oh that and that's when I and then I walked back in there and I say hey can I have corporate snowman and he goes why are you back in there and he goes by and I said yeah I said that's why this place is going down the place is going I said you I said you shouldn't be arguing with your customers bro that's how you lose business and you shouldn't be blaming people I walked out and that was it I will never be up here again this place is terrible fire that guy that guy's going to try that business to go out of business I don't recommend this guy at all that's why I say I told him you could have just told me the third time now but he offered to make it the third time like bro you should have just done it the first time redone he's giving me all these excuses all we lose Pizza that way and then I have to fill out I said do you know you don't take it home because nobody wants that I said bro that's not my fault that's your guy's fault that your machine's fault don't blame it on me bro I went back and edited it and said I wanted thick crust and he goes oh well that's not what it says on that I said bro it's not my responsibility that's not my fault blame your damn machine like bro how is he going to argue with me like bro please make sense man do they even be arguing with the customer you know what I'm saying that's what I told himthat man needs to be forward he's saying I was blaming him I said bro I wasn't even blaming you I was blaming the machine and he goes I didn't have to make I told him good you didn't need to I told him he should have told me the third time and I would have loved that's his fault for saying the third time he was going to remake it he didn't have to do it he could have just said no I would have left he should an offer something end up rubbing somebody's face bro needs to be fired who has to be the biggest clown bro that guy little ear hypocrite needs to be let go of his job they need better management if they had that this would have happened this couldn't open afforded but now they have stupid...

I ordered a medium pizza along with their stuffed cheesy bread. Only thing good about the service was that it got to me quick. Upon delivery I couldn’t even get my pizza at first due to identification. I’m glad I didn’t have my brother answer the door or better yet, glad my mother didn’t order the pizza because then the driver would’ve just had to return the pizza to the store. I didn’t have my I.D and mentioned it to him but it was needed. Eventually I found my insurance card with my name on it so he said that would work. If I didn’t have that, I basically wouldn’t have been receiving my food which is ridiculous. Wasn’t going to keep looking for something with my name on it especially since I wasn’t at my own house but I ordered pizza and bread sticks for my son and niece so figured I had no choice. Felt that identification was nonsense seeing that I didn’t use a credit card, otherwise I would understand why all of that was necessary. I suggest for online orders, that ahead of time they notify the customer to have identification ready or atleast let them know it’s needed before completing their order. Let people know ahead of time! And on top of that, once I finally got the food, they didn’t even enjoy it because the toppings for sloppy and the bread was burnt. Unsatisfied!! Most definitely would’ve called for them to return my money on my card but I left it alone and just ordered something else...

Absolutely love this place. We have never had a problem and the pizza is of course the best. They waste no time getting your order to you and even when picking up they will have you together and in the rare chance something goes wrong they will make sure you end up satisfied. Everyone is very cool here. Just the best place over here especially if you need a late eat.

Update for 2020: still giving me the best service, pizzas, bread, and pastas for the last five years I’ve lived over here. Love the team and my food more each time we do business!

Update for 2021: Still offering the best service in my opinion! Maybe I order at the right times but they never fail us! And I’m too of everything their rewards program is legit and I have had at least five free pizzas lol. I love their ordering system and how easy everything is and...
