Ore Mill Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Warren

I went into this place to have dinner. It was kinda busy but most people we’re around the bar. The waitress even though pleasant, took over 15 minutes to bring me my Pepsi. There was a couple of young woman at another table with 3 kids who had ordered their drinks about 10 minutes before I ordered mine. When I received my Pepsi the other table still haven’t received their drink order. Another 10-15 minutes passes when the waiter finally asked what I would like to order. Just before that at another table I heard them order a pizza. They were told the only pizzas that were left was of no choice that they wanted. I asked for a steak and cheese and was told immediately they did not have any available. After over a half hour of waiting and not having what I wanted I ask for the cost of the Pepsi. The waitress just said don’t worry about it and I just left. Pretty sad when you go to a restaurant and have to wait to just get a drink and then being told they did not have what I ordered which was on the menu. The barmaid had stopped by and asked if I was being served yet and i responded by a no. She had no intention of bringing a drink over to my table. The bartender never left the bar except to go outside. Worst service I have ever seen. I will never go back to this restaurant. I can’t even recommend it for a soda. Not sure how they are surviving when prices are outrageous and service is almost...

Wish I could rate higher, we wanted to go for a ride last night and chose this as our destination after a Google search of the area. Was very disappointed to find after arrival that there's no burgers or sandwiches available on the "dinner menu". We didn't choose a bar and grill to spend $25 a plate on dinner entrees... I've never in my life been in a bar and grill that wouldn't sell a burger and fries unless it was lunch time, and apparently even that is only on certain days? Sorry. I did leave a much higher than 20% tip because while I remained polite with waitress, she knew I wasn't happy with the experience. I really didn't want her to think it had anything to do with her service, it was strictly the lack of menu options and the fact that we drove some distance to get there. The nachos were good, teriyaki chicken fingers not so much. Steak and cheese calzone was okay, but a little bland. $70 for a calzone, two appetizers, one milk,...

Hey- I'm not going to rate it against fine dining in NYC- but reletive to the area Bar Restaurants. It was a pleasant surprise! I've been here twice and have gladly traveled the 50 minutes or so to get here! Twice I've had the meatball dish! Legitimately, a handed down family recipe! ( I know 'cause I'm Italian and have extreme food experience), no pasta - just 3 huge meatballs, sauce, and ricotta- Delicious! The mixed drinks were awesome....bought a dozen farm fresh eggs from the bartender, and the crowd was an eclectic mix! My friends had great food, and we all had a great time at the bar on a Sunday...
