1878 — Restaurant in Warrens

I can’t really properly rate anything besides service as we left before we got our food. We were 1 of 4 tables seated this morning for breakfast. One had been there before us, and one came right after us. The server/hostess was friendly. We received our drinks and that was it. After an hour of waiting for food with very crabby little children, we were told by the 1 table with food that they waited 2 hours to get their food. My mom spoke to our server who stated we’d most likely be waiting another hour before we’d get food. We, as well as the other 3 tables, took this moment to walk out. The table ahead of us was nearing the 2 hour wait mark, with no food. I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but to not grant any status updates either, vouchers for free meals, any apology; besides from a server, is unacceptable. We ate at the Cranbrew Pub. They weren't that busy, the waitress (who never shared her name, and didn't have a nametag on) took a few minutes to get over to us. she brought us our drinks, and then took about 20 minutes before she cared to come take our order. After the food came out she would continuously look over at us while talking with a customer, and playing on her phone at the bar. After about another 20 minutes she finally came over to refill our drinks (once we waved her over). The whole time she seemed as though we were a inconvenience to her. Food was ok.Husband had prime rib, said it wasn’t worth it. I had a dry burger and stale chips. Service was horrible. Our waiter, Ben, took forever to come, then complained how he didn’t get a tip from the last table, then came back complained about how he had to manually enter a $144 bill, complained about management. Other waitresses and hostesses brought out appetizer, salad, main meal, and beverages. For having craft beer—-none were in stock (don’t worry waiter complained about that too).
