A True Gem! I recently visited Mattie’s Grand Slam Restaurant in Warrenton, GA, and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned, not overly salty like many other restaurants. Every bite tasted homemade and comforting, especially the greens (I could honestly eat an entire pot of them)!

The service was just as impressive as the food. I was greeted with a genuine smile, and it felt like they truly cared about making sure I was good. The atmosphere is the kind of place you want to come back to again and again.

I loved everything about it being the first day of opening. They had a Dj playing great kid friendly music. You had somewhere to sit for dine in or take out. The staff was very professional and respectful of your time. The food was great! I had the smothered turkey wings, collards and mac&cheese. The meal came with a drink as well. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back I forgot to get my red velvet cake along with other great deserts they had....
