Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Warrior

This place deserves a -00000 and beyond that. It should be closed. I had an issue with my order ad always with this location. Mind you never with the Gardendale or Fultondale location. Solely the Warrior. I do my best to give this the benefit of ybe down. Being it is o my home town but never again. I will drive a hundred miles away or use another pizza place before ordering from this location. Because I have had so many issues with Warrior Domino's. I double checked my order in store before leaving. If course as always, it was wring. Even the cashier said it looked burnt and didn't have extra cheese. The manager Brady Todd said yes there is extra cheese because it is on top of the topping. I took pics to send to corporate. There clearly is no cheese on top of the topping and burnt as usual. I called to ask who the owner or General Manager was. Steven Majors answered stating it was Derrick Paris and he was never there nor did he ever speak to him. In a smart tone he said your would be better to contact corporate because Derrick is never available and if you like you can throw my name in the mix. Then in a smart tone he said oh yeah Brady said hi. This is unacceptable! I forwarn anyone to stay away from this location. It is beyond terrible and had been for years. My wife and I decided to order pizza one night on b712 2020 we ordered the pizza I don't know it was like a 6:30 in the evening Play store order guy in the phone decided to take our money and then about an hour and a half later we got a phone call from somebody saying that they didn't have the proper ingredients for the order that we had placed if we would like something else I'll being that we had waited this long we decided that it would be okay we would take the inconvenience and go about our business take our order and enjoy our dinner is a family but about 35 to 45 minutes later our food and not arrive my wife decided to call the business to find out what the problem was the driver did not answer the phone nor contact us to let us know that they do not deliver and they are not going to deliver deliver to us after they had said they would be there shortly after my wife and tried to contact the manager on the phone she had been discussing what her options were the manager decided to be rude and very uncooperative this is not the first time we have had this in this experience at the store but this will be the last so I recommend you not do your business there and find someplace else to...

I have made approx 10 carryout orders over the past 3 months. So far, every order has been exactly as ordered and ready on time. Way to go Dominos in Warrior, AL. I have used the free app and it is pretty easy to use. First couple of orders made using the app took very little effort, but was not difficult by any means. I made what they refer to as an "Easy Order" and simply open the app, login, select Easy Order, turn checkout with the store and time I want it ready and BOOM, my favorite pizzas are ready for me to carry home and enjoy. Most of the employees are friendly and seem to enjoy working there and making sure I have a good experience with fast and friendly service. One delivery guy with his arms loaded down was kind enough to hold the door for me and my arms were completely empty.
