I LOVE Panda Express. This location however..... wish I could give this location a negative review. First, We order at 9 pm a two entree platter and a side of noodles. We get our food fairly quickly and it was warm. Went home and proceeded to eat my Orange chicken from the entree plate and the side of noodles. The Orange chicken was good. The noodles were very very dry and tasted like they had been on the warmer forever. After dinner I became very sick and ended up in the bathroom all night and all the next morning. My Husband ate the Black Pepper Chicken, or tried to eat, and the other side of noodles. He took one bite of the black Pepper chicken and had to spit it back up. My husband loves seasoning and we have had the black pepper chicken before at other locations and loved it. But this chicken tasted like salt. I tasted like chicken shaped bites of pure salt. My husband never ate his chicken and we went into the store today to get a refund not instore credit since this was our first and last visit to this panda express. So we went in and asked to see the manager So secondly, the manager comes up to us with a smile and asks what is wrong. We told her that the black pepper chicken tasted so strongly of salt we couldn't eat it and the Orange Chicken and noodles confined me to the bathroom all night and all morning. We never expected to be treated they way we were. She said that if the chicken was so bad she would've had a bunch of upset customers flooding the store which she didn't, and it wasn't burnt so it must've been fine and we just didn't know what were talking about. Then she said if we disliked it so well why did we eat so much of the pepper chicken. We said we didn't my husband spit the very first piece he tried back out and the peice I tried was very tiny. She said that wasn't a full portion size and I said minus my peice that is what we recieved. Then she proceeded to tell us that a manager rang us up last night to the portions were perfect. We said we never had an issue with the portion size, it was the food itself. Basically she continued to argue with us it caused a scene and saying we didn't know food, that all the panda expresses got their sauce from the same place. She was condescending, patronizing, and very rude. I told we had eaten black pepper chicken before at other panda expresses and loved it and that we just wanted our money back. We finally got our money back and asked for the corporate number. She gave us an incorrect number so that we couldn't even call corporate. Between the food being so bad and the way the manager handled the situation we will never go back to this panda express. I used to work in retail and used to handle upset customers and I would've never treated a customer like that. Its "sorry you had a bad experience. Sorry you feel that way," etc. Then "how can we make...

Very displeased with service and the food. I've been watching it go down hill for awhile now, but today they have me writing a review.. I went there for lunch with my family. We stood waiting to order our food for 5 minutes and considered walking out. Manager/Shift lead was standing right in front of us taking orders for the drive-through that entire time. Never said a word to us.. No: welcome to Panda express, hi, hello, we will be right with you.. nothing. A gloomy boy walked up after and took our order, no smile no greeting. It was more of an inconvenience that we were there. When we finally got to the table to eat our food we were not happy. Meat was luke warm, steamed rice was more like rice porridge (overcooked and very mushy), and the fried rice was the same (overcooked, mushy, and salted??? yes salted.. not soy... not sesame sauce, salt.. tall tale sign was the fried rice was white... I don't know it was even fried). We ate the meat.. after all we just paid $30+ for 3 bowls.. but threw away everything else.. I will not be returning...

On traveling back home to Huntington, we stopped to order dinner to take home. Upon arriving home and settling in, We sat to have dinner. Ordered for 3. 2 two side plates and 1 Bowl for the grandchild. Didn't have enough of the Honey Walnut Shrimp for the 2 plates were asked to wait for order out front. Not only did we wait an extra 10 minutes for our food to go, but upon arrival to sit n eat and relax from a 5 hour drive. Our order was not complete. We only had 1 2 plate and 1 played entre'. When called the next day to tell the manager, since restraunt closes at 9pm and it was an hour to get home from Panda, The only thing she could do was give us a free meal and 10% off our next order. Which is fine but the other orders were not as we ordered and upon leaving Panda, we asked girl if all order was completed in the bag before we left and she said yes yes 2 Honey Walnut Shrimp and 1 Orange Chicken. Seriously?? We'll just make sure your order is in the bag and complete before you leave from ordering in the...

I only come through Warsaw about twice a month and haven't had the chance to stop here and eat yet. I did an online order since I had to go out of my way to get here. When I got to the store to pick up my food the first thing I noticed, was the food online looked old and dried out and of the six employee standing around talking, no one was making any fresh food. I figured it'd probably be all right. I should have going with my first impression. I got my food and left since I was in a hurry, when I opened it I was not impressed. The vegetables were old and soggy, and everything had a weird bitter taste. Plus I ordered a large drink because I wanted the tea and both teas were empty, the Dr pepper which would have been my second choice was out. So pretty much a waste of a large drink.

As you can see in the picture, I did not have a great experience at this Panda Express. After ordering and paying I was asked to park and wait about 7 minutes for it to come out. I waited 30 minutes. After finally receiving my food I was hoping that maybe in order to compensate for the wait that they would have added some extra chicken. However it only got worse when I opened my lid. I ordered a plate with double orange chicken and only received 10 pieces of chicken. I also ordered teriyaki sauce which was also forgotten from my order. I would not recommend this Panda Express to anyone who likes to eat or is in a hurry!
