Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warwick

True review is 2 and a half stars. The people are amazingly nice, I never had a bad interaction with any of the workers, they are truly very kind workers. Weekday, weekend, doesn't matter, all the worker are exceptionally kind.

The only problem I have is, I have a 75% chance of not getting what I ordered. I come here a lot since its the closest store near me, and its on the way to my job. I only ask for a chicken sandwich, to swap out the croissant for a plain bagel. That's it. Nothing else.

I even use the dunkin app, its not like they cant hear me. It shows up on the screen, I know this since I used to work at dunkin. Yet they still manage to give me a croissant. I dont even have the energy to go back anymore and ask for the right order, I deal with it since I understand how it is to be working fast food.

First time coming here in a couple years and I will not be going back again. The girls working there are extremely rude and clueless. I was greeted in the drive thru with a "What do you want?" Attitude, they got my coffee completely wrong and when I asked why the coffee looked watery and dark, the girl said she made regular and didn't even ask how I got my coffee and just took it back and put random ingredients into the drink and handed it back, all the while, gossiping with coworkers and paying no attention to her job.They almost lost my money I gave them from leaving it on the window will unattended and it blew off. When I asked for them to just charge the donuts on and give me my money back for the coffee, the girl responded with dirty looks and I decided to just take the drink and drive down the street to the other dunkin where they made an exquisite coffee for me to replace the atrocious concoction this...

This Dunkin' is on the small-ish size, but what it lacks in space, it makes up for in staff friendliness! Having just moved to the area, I needed a good place to work during the day. My requirements are few, but vital: reliable WiFi and coffee—preferably lots of it! ☕☕☕

I was not dissatisfied or disappointed with this Dunkin'. In fact, it's one of the best in Rhode Island. The staff has not harassed me once about taking over the corner of the store store with my laptop and work gear. It's almost like I own the place!
