Horrible experience I ordered through the drive through and they charged me for more I teams than I had ordered. When I get to the window I tell the guy there that I had been charged for more items. So they ask for my form of payment which I did Apple Pay they take my phone to the back to supposedly give me my refund. When I receive my phone and receipt, the card they did the refund to was not my card. So I go back to let them know what had happened. The manager was rude and disrespectful to me from the start he talked over me all the time laughing about the situation the who time. Told me I gave them that card when I kept telling him and showing him my card's digit numbers so he could see that was not my card. I asked to speak to the girl who did my refund and he said no she left. He denied to give me the corporate number and said you can look outside for it. I asked for him to please write his name down and he said no I asked for him to spell his name out and he said no he said my name is Melec and I'm not going to spell it for you. He said if I wanted to complain I could go in the morning if I wanted to but he wasn't going to do anything. Like telling me he didn't care about the situation at all. Read moreMe and my friend went there on our break . We weren’t familiar on the place bc we’re only there for our CNA class , so we tried searching the closest fast food and we pick this location. I ordered first and I got my order for about 15 minutes after I ordered . My friend were waiting for her order for about 15 minutes so we decided to ask them if it’s ready now because it was only one sandwich a fries and a drink and we noticed that they keep on announcing the orders of the other customers who got there last . So after we asked them they said that it has been given already , and we said we haven’t got it and they look again and ask the other workers and said that they already did it . So we said that we haven’t got hers and I only got mine . They tried to give it but the patty were not cooked it was under done. And when we get to our class , we shared our experience with our classmates and they said they experienced the same thing , they didn’t get their other order so they went inside to complain bc they did drive thru . Read moreI had recently gone to Mcdonalds to get some food through the drive thru. I had ordered as such, "Can I please have the double quarter pounder with cheese, the combo." The lady that was taking our order didn't even care to ask me what size or what my drink would be. I thought it was kind of odd so I imagined that they got the fries but just weren't serving sodas. Next my little brother ordered and he also ordered combos and for those orders, she again never asked. After placing the order we drive up to the pick up window, and they hand us our food. We decided to take a look when we got home and there were no fries. Nothing. Just boxes of burgers. We looked at the receipt and it shows 3 dollars for the burgers, they were called "PLAIN" burgers. Sure enough, we took out the burgers and they had no vegetables or sauce on it. Just the beef and cheese. We were shocked and very mad. Especially me because I had clearly said a combo but she completely ignored that. I love Mcdonalds and their food but this time I feel disappointed.
